Hector guided us through exchanging our Honda Fit for a Civic hybrid in just a few hours. He answered all of our questions clearly, gave us time to consider our options, and we drive off the lot with the car of our choice by early afternoon. Efficient, friendly and respectful-everything you hope for in a salesperson.

Toyota of BraintreeReviews
Toyota of Braintree review
I took my daughter to Toyota of Braintree to check out Toyota Camry's. This was her first time looking to purchase a car. We ran into salesman Gerry Gorham who could not have been more helpful. We were just there to browse, however, we walked away in one hour with the purchase of a new SE Camry that exceeded our expectations. Gerry and the team were so helpful guiding my daughter through the process to complete a very fair deal. They even got us the recent grad rebate. We highly recomment Gerry and Toyota of Braintree!

2024 Toyota RAV4 review
I went from a corolla cross le gas model to a rav 4 hybrid le and there is a major difference in the size and road noise. I love the gas mileage in the rav 4 hybrid. The cabin is very quiet in the rav 4 hybrid. I am glad to recommend the rav 4 hybrid over the corolla cross le gas model.

Parkway Toyota of BostonReviews
Parkway Toyota of Boston review
On April 30th, 2021 I had an appointment at Prime Toyota for a humming sound I heard when I turn the steering wheel. At 6 am. I parked my car and left the keys in the dropoff box. Came back and pickup the car not checking the entire car. As soon as I got home with the car I noticed the right passenger side had dents and scratches. I called Prime and the call went to voice mail. My mistake one i never check the car before leaving the dealership and second when I call back I was very frustrated and didn't leave a message. I called the next morning and spoke with Lacey DaRose who told me to bring the car in. I drove all the way to Prime Toyota West Roxbury. Lacey went and spoke with the Fixed Ops Director Malinda Burgos who spoke to me like was stupid telling me she's not arguing. She then told me she would fix the car and gave me a rental within a week, I told her to put it in writing and she wrote on one of her business cards and gave it to me.Here's my intake on all this, You never inconvenience a customer. She should have taken the car the same day to have it fixed and gave me a car . She told me to give her a week to call and let me know when a rental will be available . A week for me is a liftime especially the incident happen right there at the dealership. I gave her 3 business days. I called on the third business day and left her a messages she never called back. I was very upset the forth day and drove up to Prime Toyota, and met Alwin customer relations at the new Parkway Toyota and he made my day. I told him what had happened and he took care of the problem right away. He took my car and have it sent to the body shop and gave me a rental. Also Jason DaSilver both gentlemen were awesome and I honestly had no intention of going back to this dealership until I met these professional men. I just want to say thank you to Alwin from customer Relations and Jason Dasilver for such great customer service and your my only reason for going back to this dealership. Your both truly remarkable. Thanks so much!

We had a great experience with Kelsey at Imperial. When we left the dealership because it didn’t seem like a deal was possible, she continued to put in the work to try to make something happen. She called the next day with a new idea and it worked out great. We definitely recommend Imperial!

We bought two vehicles from this dealership in the past year and will go back again when necessary. Rowan takes the time to talk through different cars and options when making purchases. The staff we’ve encountered are all helpful and friendly. They make car buying more enjoyable.

I just moved to North Carolina from Illinois and it has not been an easy transition lets just say that. As soon as I pulled into Hendrick Toyota of Apex I was greeted by many smiling faces. Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. Eli explained what I needed to do and Kristie ended up handeling my services that day and got me in and out within the hour just like she said! I will definitely be back!
