Eli and Kristie were helping me as I had an issue with my passenger mirror. I get my cars serviced here. Whether its my 20-year old Scion or my recent-model Highlander, they are always very professional. They try to find ways to save on cost, because service at dealerships are always more expensive, but Patt Lobb service pros advocate for their clients as best they can. I don’t mind paying a little more for the level if service and professionalism they provide.

Just drove home in my new Rav4 last night. So far I'm loving it. It is the perfect size. It drives and handles nice. The interior is awesome and all the features are great. I've always driven Honda's and this is my first Toyota and I know I will love it for years to come. I got the Army Green and it is sic!!! I do not like car buying what so ever! That all changed as of 72hrs. ago. Let me just say that Hunter and Nick were awesome from start to finish. They made the process simple. Hunter took me on a test drive and had my paperwork ready to go! Zach in Finance took 15 minutes?! 15 MINUTES!! When is the last time that has happened for anyone? Hunter ended up leaving early but Nick stepped in as if he was there the whole time! I can not thank the two of them and the Five Star family enough! Wow! This place is called Five Star for a reason and they proved it! Thank you Hunter, Nick and Zach for making the process stress-free and thank you Kameron for the awesome deal on my new Malibu!
