Reached out through cars.com and scheduled a test drive. Communication through email was good. Met with Tina, took my test drive and Tina was very knowledgable. Told her my story, she was no pressure which was good. I may be 60 days out before I settle on a vehicle purchase but would go back to Mark Mitsubishi if the stars align by the time I am ready to pull the trigger.
I received an email back in a few hours. They went above and beyond giving me so much information on the used car I was looking at, never had such excellent customer service from a dealer like that before, was amazing experience and will definitely be buying from them in the future. In and Out in only 3 hrs & 15 mins includes demonstrating a new vehicle and trading in the old one. Very nice to work out a deal online and actually have it honored once I arrived. Trade in value was about what I expected and still a bit more than two other dealers had offered. All involved worked fast and courteously and I thank them for that. Requested information about a vehicle by email only, no phone number was given. Salesman called another person associated to me and was rude to them. Hung up when the person tried to explain they didn’t know what he was talking about. Salesman then finally emailed me saying that it was not okay that I gave someone else’s number. Very rude, will never buy a car from this dealer.
Nice comfortable facility. Friendly staff. Good location. Loaner car if needed. No high pressure sales so the whole experience was very pleasant. If you are looking for a Lexus this is a nice place to shop.
I arrived a little early, and they took my car right away. I was out 5 minutes after my scheduled time. We have purchased six Kias here and we will always deal with Peoria Kia. Kudos to our long time service rep, Larry Orris.

I purposely avoid dealerships due to all the hassles, but my experience at Earnhardt Cadillac Chandler was amazing. I saw a vehicle online and made some tentative contact, not expecting much as I had not bought from a dealer in over 25 years. Everything worked out in the process and I have my new-to-me vehicle which was awesome. The team, Peter, Andy, Luke, had everything ready for me so when I drove in from Tucson, all I had to do was inspect, drive, sign and head home in about 30 minutes. Awesome experience.
I leased my 2016 Prius from this dealership a year and a half ago, and worked with Michael Brogdon. Last Saturday we went back looking for a Tacoma for my husband and ended up trading in my Prius for a new RAV4 (which I LOVE). Last night we went back and got the Tacoma as well. Both new purchases were with Michael as well. Michael is knowledgeable about all things Toyota, and is extremely helpful without being pushy. He even came in on his day off since we wanted a specific truck and was afraid it would be sold if we waited. Robert Traslavina in finance was a joy to work with. If you're a music buff he is definitely one you want to talk with! With 3 vehicle purchases under our belt with this dealership, we absolutely will not go anywhere else.
