An AWD Mini Countryman was on the agenda. Spoke to Frank the week before and he guaranteed me they had two. When I entered the showroom, there it was: gorgeous, filled with the amenities I was looking for and the price range I had expected. All of the associates we dealt with were super friendly. I would highly recommend Mini of Tempe. Ask for Frank, he is very knowledgeable and will do his best to get a great deal for you.
Bought a new 2018 Hyundai Elantra from this dealership and was very satisfied with quality of detail and service. I received a fair price and my trade-in was equally fair priced. Follow-up was excellent, as well as the presentation from the salesman. I would definitely go back for another vehicle.
It took a bit but worked out a great deal with them. Also, I had an Instant Cash Buyout from KBB which made trading in my old car super easy. The only down side was it took FOREVER to get to the finance team. I understand it was busy, but if you're going to have a sale...staff for the sale in all areas! Overall though I was pleased. We bought a used Explorer from Mark Mitsubishi this week. We made them work for the deal and they did! Quentin was our salesman and was extremely easy and no stress to work with. Overall I was dreading going to the dealership, but surprisingly when I got there I was greeted by a Sales Manager named Adrian. He introduced me to his Sales Associate Julian who took great care of me. I can tell you that over all they made it a pleasant experience for me and got me into the vehicle I wanted for a price that was exceptional. I highly recommend you asking for them when you walk into Bell Honda if you want a good experience.

I was out looking for a car for my son and came across a Mazda 3 on cars.com which led me to the Subaru dealership in Chandler. I was dreading going but pulled up and was met by an amazing car salesman named Tom Darby. He was really nice, not pushy (it must have been a PA trait), and honest, while on my test drive, I told him I was not the type of person to dicker over price so this was what I could afford and if he could help great, if not that was ok. He was amazing to work with and needless to say, my son drove off in that Mazda that evening. Tom Darby and the people at that dealership changed my perspective of buying a car, it was easy and they made it a memorable experience for me and my son. I will definitely do business there again and will tell anyone looking for a new/used car to check them out as well. Thanks again, u all are Amazing!!!
Walked in wanting to purchase a new fuel efficient car and was helped out by Darby. We told him we were looking into the Impreza, Legacy, and maybe the Crosstreks but wanted to keep our budget down. He talked to us asking us what we looked for in a car, what we would be using it for and what kind of technology we used to get a better idea of what fit our needs. What I really liked is he took us to each of the cars and broke down what each one had versus the other one and made it easy to understand how each of them worked. The best part was that he wasn???t trying to upsell one or the other or try to showcase a more expensive car, but rather listened to what we wanted at the best price. He made the whole car buying process so easy and stress free and never pressured us to sign or buy on the spot. He let us take our time to think about it, answered all of our questions and worked his hardest to get us the price we wanted. I also felt very comfortable conducting business with him and never felt like something shady was going on or I was getting scammed unlike how other Subaru dealerships in the Phoenix area (the Peoria store) make you feel. When it came down to pricing and negotiations on our Legacy, he broke down where everything was coming from and how the payments came to be. Again, unlike other stores like the Peoria store. We also brought our dogs and made them feel welcomed and never looked like he felt uncomfortable or inconvenienced. My husband and I truly feel that he displayed all of Subaru???s core values and represented what the company is all about. If I ever need to purchase another Subaru in the future, I would definitely choose to do business with Darby.
Nathan Allen was the Salesman handling my buying experience. Would recommend Nathan for your buying experience. Charles Inman was very helpful in explaining many of the vehicles safety features, mechanical features and overall Subaru quality. Shelby Lane handled the financial details of the purchase and was extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and courteous.
Dustin and Jordan got it done all the way around. I was working with them on a deal for a base 2018 cx-5 touring in red and black interior. They didn???t have one on the lot so they looked around for one. Although they couldn???t find one initially the very next morning I get a text from Dustin saying they found one and will do a dealer swap for me. Dustin goes down and gets the car for me and gets it looking shiny. Dustin and Jordan get our paperwork done before we go down to the dealer to speed things along and when we get down there they are friendly as can be. Everything went super smooth. Even Corrie in financing was super friendly, easy going and honest . Just as an example we but a large down payment so she(Corrie) straight up told us we didn???t need gap insurance and didn???t even try to offer it to us. As for the deal. Let???s just say I would???ve payed more for the same car used. It was a smoking deal! Next car we buy will be a Mazda and it will defenetly be with cardinaleway mazda in Mesa all thanks for the great straight up service Dustin, Jordan, Corrie and manager Matt gave us!
