Dawn Markee; the epitome of excellence in service

On July 20, 2018 I accompanied my daughter to purchase her first car! She was so excited and yes, a little nervous but I was secretly dreading the experience. After all, I am 57 years old and I have purchased over a dozen new cars. My experience in dealerships can be summed up as painful. In fact, I just leased a car myself earlier this week, BEFORE learning about Faulkner Toyota in Trevose. Dawn Markee is the epitome of an excellent customer service rep; one who capably assessed and balanced my daughter's needs, desires, and finances - And matched her to the perfect package!!!!! She is- the perfect combination of professionalism and warmth. From the moment we entered the showroom, I felt a positive environment. The showroom was filled with employees smiling and making eye contact. Everyone greeted us and yes - it does matter to me that I am welcomed into your business. Some other dealerships have employees walking around with their eyes down as not to engage anyone but their customer - which sends me a message that its all about them not the business. Here, I felt something very different. Everyone worked together to seamlessly enable my daughter to lease her car. Gus Scirrotto stayed with us every step of the way - he listened to us and actually answered all of our questions. In fact, at one point we were watching funny videos with him on his phone while some of the paperwork was being processed. All three of us were laughing and yes, enjoying the wait. Never ever has that happened in the history of waiting anywhere .......... John Hogan explained the deal in terms we could understand - he actually made sense by explaining the jargon and making us feel comfortable - not confused. He took the time to be certain my daughter understood and he guided her to the decisions that were best for HER. Michael DeGuida was professional and yet so excited for us - he made us feel this car was made just for my daughter. His level of enthusiasm was unmatched! While he might have been part of 1000 deals before - it was like we were his first and only customers. Other highlights - The dealership is immaculate! Great job designing the customer lounge area - it looks like a cafe rather than a waiting area. We highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Thank you!!!
