I have owned my RAV4 Hybrid limited for 5 years now and am still in love with it! Overall, I have averaged over 34 mpg with about 60/40% highway/city driving. This car is very dependable and has been very affordable to service so far. The only issues it has are with infotainment screen freezing, fogging in rear lights, and rear auto hatch problems at times. The car is beautiful on inside with loads of compliments, has plenty of interior passenger and cargo space, and enough acceleration to get me where I need to go. Safety features are just as good as any standard car you can buy in 2021, my favorites are the auto high-beams and adaptive cruise control. I highly recommend this car if you are in the market for a used car, eons better than regular gas-engine cars. I will be keeping this car for at least another 3 years!

My call to schedule a service seems answered by an AI representative. You can feel she is having limitations, but luckily she can immediately transfer to a real person representative, and person representative was still much better. Hope Parker place keeps real person representative as backup.

This car had all the extras, great on gas and extremely comfortable. It drove sturdy and always was reliable. I could carry multiple passengers when necessary and everyone had plenty of room, including my big dog!

This dealership's got some dedicated, transparent workers. My explorer blew an alternator belt just outside of Hawley on my way to a graduation party in Fargo Friday afternoon, traveling from Bemidji. I was able to limp into the dealership. Brian Lee at the service desk was fantastic. Able to find a belt and got my car in immediately and got me and my son back on the road in a little over an hour. Can't thank them enough for the fast in and out. Service was outstanding; car still running great!! Highly Recommend!
