I was thrilled when we found two possible vehicles at Ken Garff Ford because how much some of our family members loved other Ken garff locations, but sadly this one was not a good experience. Aside of the lack of assistance in finding a vehicle where we had to physically reach out to a worker passing by and ask for some help to finding the vehicles on the lot to those that were presented to us, they were filthy and we were told we would get an "IOU" on a deep clean and any fixtures that needed to be done after purchasing the vehicle. Bummed we had the experience we did.
They tell you up front that they sell salvage title vehicles from California that they buy and repair themselves. If you are a customer who buys a late model used car with low miles and drives it for 10 or more years, this place is ideal. I got a 2016 Camry with 16,000 miles in near perfect condition for thousands less than I would pay for the same car at a dealership. My only complaint was the finance manager trying to add things to the price which is typical for a car dealership. Once we came to an understanding on that, I got a fair price and drove away happy.
I had an awesome experienced purchasing my car at AutoSource this past weekend. Nisho went above and beyond to get me the best deal and car I was looking for. He was very professional and patient with my wife and me. He was very thorough while giving me the history of the car. He even offered me to take care of some cosmetic repairs on the car! The cool thing about the whole experience was I never felt pressured into buying anything that I didn't feel comfortable with. The last time I came in for a service check, it was a negative experience. However, Russell was able to do my 30000 mile service check up this time and it went smoothly. It was fairly quick, he told me how the check went and what to experience next time. I felt like I could trust what he was saying.
We totaled our first tiguan we loved it so much that we got a second one. The people at strong were great through this whole experience. They were great ,it was so fast and easy, just came in and signed some paperwork and I was out of there super fast.
Even a simple tire repair on their warranty program was worth the drive down. Our appointment time was honored, and in less than 90 minutes total, the tire was repaired, their general checkup service was completed and the truck had been washed. Some advice was given on a couple small things to take note on for the future and the work order of completion was signed. No money was asked for, and I was able to leave. I had even been offered a ride to work to my studio, but had set time aside to stay in their comfortable environment. Thank you!
I took my car in for a oil consumption test because I had received Limited Service Campaign (LSC) about a year ago but did not have any oil consumption issues so did not take it in at that time. When Ii finally took it in the time was up to have it checked. Still they ran the test for me at no charge. They also offered me a car wash at no charge, I couldn't do it that day so they gave me a rain-check for it. All the staff where friendly, kind and helpful.

I was looking for a midsize sedan for my family and I am glad I came to TJ Chapman Auto! After looking at several vehicles, I settled on a beautiful Indigo Night color Sonata with low mileage. TJ took his time and explained the repairs that were done on the vehicle. He showed me before photos and a Carfax report on the car. The process was very transparent and that is not something you find at other dealerships.
The entire time at the dealership was very pleasant; this place has a family feel, and I felt very comfortable interacting with TJ and his mom who works there as well - I was not pressured into buying any car.
