Our experience at the Dean Team Subaru was great! The staff was very helpful and nice. In particular we had Andrew Scheetz as our salesperson and he was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable about the Subaru we purchased. He was very helpful during the test drive to point out all the features. All in all a wonderful experience. We drove here from central Illinois and would not hesitate to use this dealership and again. Can not recommend them enough.

When it came down to the negotiating he was very patient and willing to listen to our requests. He was easy to talk to and personable. We will be back to see him again in the future.

Murray Newton is a knowledgeable, patient, kind person. Not just a salesaman - a truly good person. Absolutely no pressure tactics. He spent an entire 4 plus hours allowing me to learn and test drive 3 vehicles in lousy cold, snowy weather. My experience with carvana was and still is very good. I wanted to sell my can a few months ago and Madison was super nice. Undirtunately I had to cancel the sell bc of personal reasons. Now I???m again in the process of selling and Madison is super patient with me and so nice!
Very easy to purchase, the entire thing happened over email and the papers were signed via overnight FedEx. Less than 1 week later, the car was in my driveway. It does take longer than a traditional dealer, but you don't have to sit there for hours while the paperwork and financing takes place. The car came in immaculate condition, no paint chips, no scratches. Interior was perfectly detailed and cleaned. Good price, low mileage, clean history report.
