Work was completed in a timely manner As I was sitting in the waiting room, my Salesman - Adrian Gjergji came by and ask if I needed anything such as water, coffee and how was my Toyota RAV4 was performing, etc... They give sound suggestions for service to your vehicle in detail, and keep up to date on any safety recalls that may occur. One of my favorite service specialists is Anthony "Tony" Camacho who I can depend on to give me great advice in vehicle upkeep and suggesting the best economical decisions for each individual customer. When I drive away from the dealership, I can be guaranteed that my vehicle is working at Toyota's highest specifications. Also I enjoy talking "trash" about sports teams with the entire crew. If you decide to get a new or pre-driven Toyota, the Orland Park site is a great choice.
Anytime I take my Lexus NX200t in for servicing everyone is fantastic to work with and I must say you have the nicest waiting area of any place! Tony is exceptional and keeps me informed on what???s going on and I recommend Lexus of Orland Park to all my friends and family!!
I was able to take my time looking and visited twice before finally deciding on the Outlander Phev. Both times I was greeted with friendly professionalism. Mike took time to help me understand all the features the car had and when I finally purchased the car a few days later, he went over them with me again to make sure I understood everything and had no questions left to ask. He connected my phone to the car so I can access everything through voice commands before we left and he even connected my daughter's phone so we can access her music. I'm not technically savvy so this was extremely helpful. I probably know more about the functions of this car than I do about my own smartphone thanks to Mike : ) He was incredibly patient and helpful.
It's really stressful for me to make such a large purchase but the staff at Max Madsen Mitsubishi Downers Grove (and the Outlander Phev) made this purchase go much easier. They were a pleasure to work with.

I’m in the middle of a chapter 7 bankruptcy and I have an open car loan. The apr rate was 19.25%! 450 a month car note. I was gonna keep my car because I didn’t want to give it back and have the hassle of trying to find a vehicle and not finding one in time. Well Kevin’s office from Howard sent me a flyer saying that I was preapproved and they could get me in a vehicle! Well I said this is a scam like all other places! It was not! I did the application, went in looked at vehicles.. found a few I liked.. drove them.. picked 1.. financed it and I’m out the door with a new Kia Sportage LX! And I’m happy as can be! Lower car note and lower apr! Did I mention my previous car was a Nissan Sentra? Yeah big upgrade!

I was interested a pre-owned Acura that the Autobarn had for sale. I had discussed the car with one of the sales managers, Jonathan, on the phone the day before, and had done my research. I called the morning of our visit and spoke to Sam to arrange a test drive. When we arrived, our salesman Sam was waiting for us, and the car was prepped for our test drive. The car was as described on their website - no surprises. We decided to purchase the car. The whole process of negotiating a sales price and valuing our trade was really easy and smooth. We never felt the pressure that is common at car dealers. Their finance person Chris got us a really good rate on our loan, even making calls to people he knows at the various local banks. We are very happy with our experience at the Autobarn.
Kevin Grossman was my salesman and he did an excellent and honest job guiding me through the process. His communication was extremely thorough and everything he told me was going to happen happened. I would highly recommended Bredemann Chevy!
