He was very detail oriented when it came to telling me what was going on with my vehicle and what needed to be done in order to get it and keep my vehicle it in great working condition. There were some recommendations that were adevised and completed, and they were completed in a timely fashion. He was very professional and proficient when it came to customer service and very detailed oriented.

This is my second Honda Odyssey Elite having traded in my 2019 for a 2023. Why did I make the trade? I hadn't had any problems with my 2019, but the trade in value of my 2019 made the purchase of a 2023 a "no brainer". I had considered purchasing a Toyota Sienna Platinum because of the fuel economy. But the price of the Toyota was so much higher than the Honda, especially when you consider that the Rear Seat Entertainment System costs extra on the Toyota and dealers are adding premiums above MSRP. I calculated I would have to drive the a Toyota around 80,000 miles before I would actually begin saving money on gasoline.

This is our second odyssey, love the can with all the safety features. We have had great reliability, and now have just under 100,000 miles (99683) and have had only minor issues. Normal wear items plus an injector problem repaired under warranty. A few recall items ( door handles, back up camera fuel pump) all taken care of under warranty Love this vehicle, love it and will buy another when they redesign it. Rides very well, has a ton of safety features, interior is very comfortable. Highly pleased.

They worked late to make sure all of our needs were met. We will be back again!

Its excellent for familys with kids!! u can remove the whole middle row too. Super comfy, love the 2nd row captains chairs. the tv is a life saver, and i would super recommend this! im a dad of 5 so its perfect. Was looking to buy a new 4Runner TRD Off-Road but none of the dealers in the area had what we were looking for. Not wanting to put in a build order and potentially wait another 4-6 months, we did an extended radius search online and found the exact one we wanted at Sheehy Toyota of Timonium – and for a great (almost too good to be true) price! I used the online form to request availability and got put in contact with Matt Ellis. Having never purchased a car out of state before, I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after a few emails and phone calls to iron out the details, Matt thoroughly explained the whole process and answered all of my questions – everything wound up being as smooth as could be. No surprises. No ‘gotchas’. No pressure. All the way through to the end including working with the Finance manager, Donna Hale – she was very informative, presented all of my options, didn’t try to pressure me on anything I declined, and was even able to beat the APR I was pre-approved for by a few fractions of a point. I do have a problem with the hood,because I have rust on the edges .I don't think I should have to worry about rust on the xxxx hood.

I've owned two Odysseys over the past 20 years,with the 2020 being the one we currently own. The 2020 has proven to be just as reliable as our other Odyssey and the Honda Accords that we've owned. The 2020 Odyssey has a smooth ride, comfortable attractive interior. The Magic seating system makes this van even more flexible for hauling loads of kids and family, while being able to quickly change to hauling lots of cargo.

An excellent comfortable kid hauler. Or if you prefer to haul a furniture it will get the job done better than a pickup truck. We love our Odyssey. This is our third Odyssey having owned a 2007. 2013 and now a 2024.

I went in with a friend to help her find a car after a terrible experience at another nearby dealership. We called ahead to see if the car was in stock and Maks was polite, knowledgeable, and helpful right off the bat. When we arrived at the dealership Maks was patient and genuinely listened to what we were looking for. It was a great experience for everyone and we were able to work out a great deal. We have had our Carnival for about 6 months. I love it!! It is my favorite car ever and I was a Ford Explorer fan before. It is so comfortable and rides like a dream. We can comfortably carry 8 adults with no problems. It has plenty of power and still gets 25-27 MPG around town. The seating configuration is amazing the way they lay down or come out. Being able to see the back while driving is a definite plus, carrying grand babies. And it even becomes its own WiFi spot! The warranty is unbeatable and the service is so good. Highly recommend!!!

Love most things about this car but today's cars have way too many buttons and gadgets that aren't necessary - too distracting. This one hugs the road well, handles nicely, rides very comfortably. We've driven Honda's since 1978 and find them very reliable and trustworthy cars.
