Traded our 2025 Toyota Hylander Hybrid awd because the seats were so uncomfortable and was told there was nothing they could do about it for a 2023 Sienna. We were looking for a road trip vehicle when we bought the Hylander but both Toyotas Got great gas mileage 36 mpg drove good but the seats were uncomfortable and a little hard to get in and out of because the roof line has been lowered. Didn’t have the room inside as our grand Caravan and you couldn’t remove the second row seats they wouldn’t even lay down flat just lean forward. Was a bigger car outside than we wanted but not as roomy inside. After 9k miles we traded it. Would be a good car for someone

Have owned the 2018 Toyota Sienna Zoe since 2019 (used) and have put 55k miles on it. Currently at 99k miles and looking to drive for another 50k miles atleast. Great in every aspect including space, safety, comfort, sound insulation, efficiency. Have gone on road trips with three generations of family with no complaints. Not fun to drive but gets the job done - probably the only thing my Honda odyssey was better at, just replaced front brakes for the first time at 99k miles. Eats tires because it’s heavy - expect about 35-40k in primarily hot weather driving. Look forward to many more years of driving

This is a great place. I personally recommend working with Kelly in sales and Malcolm in finance. Blake in finance is also good but new to the finance department so Malcolm would be your best option. I left a very negative review after I felt like I had been completely taken advantage of by them on Saturday and was on the hook for a loan worth twice what the car was worth brand new. They completely took care of me and I got into a different car that was the same make and model but cheaper. My deal went from 34,000 total to 20,000 total after reworking it. I will say they want to add lots of stuff into the deal. It isn't necessarily bad but it adds up and I was unwilling to accept that. They will try to keep all or some of it on and if you don't want it then fight for the price you want and read the website to know their policies and guarantees. I will also leave this as a disclaimer, I would be selective about what salesperson you work with. My Mom overheard one of the guys complaining about how he was one sale away from a bonus and some lady wasted two hours of his time and backed it because she was incompetent. I saw the lady he was talking about and she was older and said very clearly she had someone waiting on her for some time now and could not stay longer. I also briefly worked with some other guy in the finance department who was pretty rude and I didn't enjoy that. I don't remember his name though. Kelly is a genuine person and a great saleswoman. You can trust her. It seems like some of the staff are a little more money focused and trying to help themselves more than the customer so beware. I also want to point out one of the managers introduced himself to me and was very kind. Also very apologetic over how things went the first day and I really appreciated it. Good place and some really good people. I had some mixed feelings with this experience but the likes of Malcolm, Kelly, and Blake and how they handled making things right with me overwhelmingly changed my overall experience to a positive--hence the 5 star review. Not a more useful car ever built. Easily tows a seadoo ski boat, fold the second In third row seats down and this van swallows a 120 in wingspan remote control giant scale stop with biplane on the weekends. It is truly an amazing piece of engineering!

Immediately greeted by friendly staff. Jason worked with me to find the truck I wanted and a deal I was satisfied with My truck was ready and waiting for me on time. Delivery was so easy and the dealership support is fantastic. Honestly I was not expecting to be as satisfied with a dealership as I turned out to be. Really good car buying experience.

We have only owned the vehicle for 3 days. But so far it seems like a great vehicle! Lots of room, comfortable, easy driving, lots of features including back up camera, passenger side cameras, and land departure warning system.

My experience there was a good one, customer service was awesome and it is a long process to buy a vehicle but they made it go by quickly. Finance officer was awesome as well. They need to clean up the showroom its old and needs a deep cleaning

Have owned 6 pacificas and they are great. We get about 30 mpg on the highway. Can’t complain except the nav system needs some work.
