Don McGill Toyota of HoustonReviews
Don McGill Toyota of Houston review
We recently bought our second Toyota from Don McGill. The first was a 2020Toyota Avalon and the second was a 2024 Toyota Crown. The first purchase went off without a hitch and we were very satisfied. The second car (the 2024 Crown) was purchased and delivered on 12/29/2023 with only one key FOB; I was told me I would get a second key FOB in six months. I subsequently talked to the service department; they promptly ordered one and I received it one week later. I do have an issue with the title department. My credit union is threatening to raise my loan interest rate if they don't receive the title. The only way to satisfy my credit union is to explain the process which I do not understand. The dealer should be more proactive in ensuring that the sales process does not end with delivery. My credit union still hasn't received the title. I am forced to keep calling which shouldn't be necessary.

Sewell Cadillac of Houston review
I had an amazing experience working with Dean at Sewell Cadillac. From start to finish, he was professional, patient, and genuinely invested in making sure I drove off in the right vehicle not just making a sale. Dean was extremely knowledgeable, answered every question thoroughly, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his honesty and attention to detail. He made sure everything was clear, never rushed me, and treated me with respect the entire time. That level of service is rare and truly appreciated. If you’re looking for someone you can trust who will go above and beyond, ask for Dean. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my new ride!

Daniel was great. He was very responsive when I was contacting him about the vehicle before I ever decided to make the hour drive to actually see it. Once I arrived he was great to work with and quick to get the sale completed. Sometimes buying a car can be a drag and take all day, but I was in and out and driving away in my new truck in less than 3 hours total. Daniel even reached out to me that evening and the next day to thank me again and to ask if I’d be willing to refer potential buyers his way. Absolutely I will. If I need another truck anytime soon, I’m calling Daniel!

West Houston VolkswagenReviews
West Houston Volkswagen review
I stopped in one weekend to get an oil change on my 2017 Passat, and saw a beautiful blue 2026 Taos on the showroom floor and thought about it all week. I came back the next weekend intending to trade in the Passat for the Taos if I got a good trade in price, and the guys at west Houston Volkswagen just made everything go so smoothly. I got a good trade-in price for my Passat. The price for the Taos was good and the financing was at a low interest rate. I took it on a long test drive to make sure the mileage was what the sticker said. They didn't have any problems with that. When they sold me my car, they transferred the old plates to the new car and filled the new car up with fuel, and just now I'm having to fill it up myself for the first time. It runs and looks great. I'm very happy with everything West Houston Volkswagen has done for me.

CarMax DothanReviews
CarMax Dothan review
Shopping for new car. Had one shipped from another carmax. Took car for 24hr test drive. Took to Firestone; was showed a badly rusted undercarriage. Returned outback to carmax Dothan. They said they'd have a look at it, that it might be within their specs but not ours. Manager offered to reimburse us the inspection and shipping fee. Can't argue with that. Great customer service.

CarMax Gulf FreewayReviews
CarMax Gulf Freeway review
As a retired tx DPS mvi trooper through my 30 years dealing with dealers carmax is most caring dealer. When we went to car max on gulf freeway to look for a new vehicle the salesman were very caring and helpful to find the velociraptor we wanted. We bought a 2916 Honda CRV with 10 mikes on the vehicle. We bought it. Service group was also caring and helpful. Keep up the good work. Larry parks.

2021 Volkswagen Atlas review
Wanted something roomy and sporty looking and found it in the Atlas! Very sleek and smooth riding. My salesperson, Hector Enriquez, at Street Volkswagen is the best! This is my 3rd car to buy from him!
