WOW!! What a staff!! I spent most of a 3 day weekend going from car dealership to car dealership looking for a new vehicle, I wanted something bigger in size, something better than my Bronco on fuel and something that wouldn't break the bank. After tons of research I found that the ALL NEW Mitsubishi Outlander checked all my boxes. It's sleek, plush and ultra refined interior and exterior makes me feel RICHHH. I stopped into a couple local (Springfield, MO) dealerships and got the ickkk from the sales staff and managers, you know the feeling, like you're about to be taken advantage of, that one! I swear at one point I witnessed the sales manager rubbing his bands together and counting his commission in his head... At this point it wad too late, I was already in LOVE with the NEW Outlander but couldn't force myself to buy from my local dealership so I decided to call up Northtowne. I dialed the number and asked for sales, to my surprise the ray of sunshine that answered the phone was no other than my saleswoman (Sawnya). I explained my entire weekend, went into detail of what I was looking for in a car and told her where I would like to be. Let's just say Sawyna DID NOT give me the ickkk we shared a TON of belly laughs during our first 15 minutes on the phone. I swear it was no more than 20 minutes later and Sawnya and her sales manager (Colton) called me back with good news that we could make it work!! Colton found a way to get me exactly what I wanted for my trade-in, the right price for the car I purchased and even was the first one to greet me at the dealership door with a handshake and a smile. To say this dealership feels like a family is no joke. Every single person I spoke to was kind, generous and eager to help! Finance knocked it out of the park and gave me everything I wanted in a timely manner. HUGE shoutout to Tim in finance for getting me covered with the bundle protection package. (I'd lose my head if it wasn't attached, you don't want to know how many key fobs I've lost.) The 175 mile drive was WELL WORTH it for the amazing hospitality, the expertise level of the staff and the forever friendships I made while here. For my next car I know where to start!! 2010 Volkswagen Eos review
Small issues I’ve noticed is the headlight bulbs blow every 3 years. Some leakage when it rains. A cheap problem to fix. Great gas mileage.

Such a fun car to drive and own. The key to carefree ownership regarding the hardtop convertible roof is to properly maintain the roof seals with Kritox lubricant several times a year. The VR6 3.2 engine upgrade has been very reliable through 38,500 miles thus far.

2009 Volkswagen Eos review
The VW Eos 2.0T has really impressed me (62 yo retired). It is not the most eye catching of the 75 cars and trucks that I have owned. However It truly stands out for quality of construction, comfortable ride, performance and advanced technology and engineering. This is my 4th convertible (Mazda Miata, Ford Mustang, Fiat X19) and the Eos no doubt better than any of the rest. Great gas millage with V8 performance in a 4 cylinder Turbo.

2013 Volkswagen Eos review
I've driven this car for a little over a year now and I absolutely love it. The hard top comes up or down in seconds. I also love having the sunroof as well - it makes the car feel larger and is great for when I don't want to put the top down. Such a fun car to drive and was great for commuting too.
