Beautiful, yet simple showroom. Easy to look at all vehicles. Paul Lazzaro went above and beyond our expectations. Randomly went into this location to take a second look at the VW Atlas and he was so gracious and helpful, even though the showroon was due to close that day 30 minutes after our arrival. He worked hard for the next 2 months to make sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted, then took a step further to make sure we were happy with every aspect of our purchase, down to the license plate! I feel incredibly lucky it was Paul to help us that day!!

The services I took my car in for were a few recalls that weren't taken care of by previous dealer, alignment and other various repairs. They are very thorough with their work and the team in the offices recognize your concern and assist where it's needed. One service, I noticed a piece was a little off and they are currently in the process of replacing that piece. Thumbs up.
It was a very good experience purchasing a used vehicle from Volkswagen Gallery. AND, I think we got an excellent car out of the deal..... and prices were much lower than at another VW dealer where we had shopped. Sales staff was great (thanks Tony!).
Drop my car off for warranty work the night before. Early call the next day saying my car out of alignment. I never noticed that. Call late that day saying the warranty work can???t be complete for four days. Alignment report looks ok. Says ???an alignment not performed??? right on report. Invoice says ???customer requests??? to perform alignment. I think this is a scam. I think cars can be technically out of alignment but it is not enough to require an alignment. These guys can???t wait to tell You the car is out of alignment so unsuspecting people like me authorize them to fix it.
I found this car online and Kendra called me within 15 minutes after my request about availability of this highly sought after car. We texted and all my questions were answered including pricing. I went to see the car later that day and Josh brought the car into the garage bay out of a nasty rain storm so we could look at it. We quickly came to agreement on what I believe is a good price, and Barry went through the financing without trying to push a lot of ???adders??? and we wrapped things up. Great team to work with!

Service advisor is Mark. I can tell he was new to the dealership, but he was pretty helpful. The only thing that bothered me was that he said tire rotation was complimentary, but when I came to pick up the car I was charged the fee.
Pleasant and Professional! Every item on my list was done correctly. Dave Poirier is very organized and courteous. Inspection sticker was put on neatly and my car was returned to me washed and vacuumed.
I recieved a letter from VW starting an ECM recall and to schedule an appointment with a VW dealership. I called Kelly VW in Danvers Ma and got in on Monday 9/24 @8am and was told it would take an hour to resolve. Exactly an hour and service was complete and I was ready to go. THANKS Kelly VW
The service department at Paul Clark V.W. has been good throughout the years (as a personal evaluation consisting of about 20 years as a customer); however, presently it seems that its commitment to provide a good service has been incremented in its competency. I personally have been well served, and definitely recommend the service department at P.C. V.W. to those that may need its service.
