I had a failed clutch at 5000 miles on my 2018 WRX and it was replaced full warranty. I really appreciated the fact that I was supplied with a rental for the two days and was given 5 star treatment - Eastside Subaru in Kirkland WA always comes thru for me - their Service and Sales is top notch!. Being a woman driver and having a failed clutch at first brought question I think which is very reasonable having a clutch go out at 5,000 miles on a WRX but really all I got was a casual "so, is this your first stick" ? I answered no and said it was at least my 7th stick since 1981, including a 2002 Boxster, so I knew it wasn't driver error! Also from the beginning my clutch was very stiff so there may have been friction? When I got it back, it is feather light and amazing! OMG it is like a true race car! I love my WRX and Eastside Subaru!
This dealership was top notch! Josiah and Mike went above and beyond to get us a deal that we would feel great about when leaving the dealership. The gave us our options as far as negotiating, but never pushy what-so-ever; which was a great change from other dealership experiences. They followed up with us step by step, and make it a fantastic experience. Lisa, the finance manager was also a pleasure to work with. She was very informative and also didn't push us into anything we weren't comfortable with. I would love to have a chance to buy from them again in the future!! Highly recommend!
This is a dealership without commissions...they had no incentive other than to collaborate to make me happy. Unlike other dealership experiences where my entire experience was a draw of the luck of the agent who would reach me first, here I encountered collaboration between various employees, all with the common purpose of helping me find the right auto. No pressure with purchase. Excellent follow-up. Impressed.
I was stunned that the overall dealership score on Cars.com was so low. I bought a new 2017 VW Passat here at the the start of March and even with the credit challenges I presented the sales team was able and willing to work with me on getting me into the car I wanted at the terms I agreed to. They had my deal lined up before I walked in the showroom on Friday and in only a couple of hours I was driving home in the new car.
The only thing I dinged them for on the buying process was the support staff did Federal Express my financing to the wrong bank which did lead to a few days of delay. But other than that minor blip these guys are amazing.
Everyone at the customer service desk in repairs goes above and beyond. When they say the car will be finished at a certain time , they are always on time. They treat us kind even when we are frustrated and help to find the best way to solve our problem. It is always a pleasure to go in for service.
I went to the everett pignataro and was immediately helped by Dave. I went there with intentions to just look at a car however I needed up buying one and I'm so happy! Dave took time and sat down at the computer with my dad and I to show me options then took me out and let me look at each one. He was very efficient and once I decided which car I wanted he made the process fast! Him and Kathleen made sure everything was explained very well to me and made it a priority to be efficient and thorough! My experience was great. Thank you!
After a diagnostic test on my 2006 VW Rabbit it was discovered I needed a secondary air pump replacement. 2 of the hoses were split really badly. Upon replacement of these It still wasn't operating up to standard to pass my emission test. Further investigation revealed a fault for the map sensor. Part has been ordered and I will be notified when it comes in. As always, I am treated with respect and kindness by all the staff, from Michell at the front desk, to the shuttle drivers who return me home and pick me up again to take me back to the dealership. I have NEVER had any issue or poor experience at any time in my 9 years of service with the company. The 3 young men at the service desk, Jeremy, Trevor, and Gledjen always treat me with like family and seem happy to see me whenever I come in. I feel I have a good rapport with everyone. We kid and joke around with one another often and it feels like family. I highly recommend Pignataro to my friends, family and pastor of my church. Keep up the good work! I'll keep coming in.
My drive into the dealership started with a fan that did not operate either in ac or heat. I also had a error message on a intake manifold. So since I had over 105,000 miles talking with the service department they suggested that I replace the timing belt now rather than later and run a chance of it breaking. The service department did a great job of getting this job done quickly and within my budget. The only glitch came with the breaking of a plastic part that they quickly replaced. What makes this service nice is not only did they work within my budget but they also took the extra care to get it done on time. It was very nice that they did not just say hey this part was broken and it will cost you $$$ they owned up to their mistake and fixed it without any hassle. That alone would of retained my patronage but their entire team works hard to make any service a friendly, on time and enjoyable. I hate to use the word enjoyable with car repairs but the customer service and professionalism makes the experience so much better than you receive anywhere else.
I bought my 2014 Kia Soul from Kamoore in June of 2017. What a great salesman and gentleman! Love this car more than any I have owned in my 80 years on this planet.
My recent trip to Performance Kia in Everett was to get the oil changed and it was done quickly and the car washed and vacuumed! Very great people there!
The service was superb with my very special accolades to Trevor who was charming, helpful, and able to snag me a Beetle convertible as my loaner on a 75-degree, sunshiny day! And all this at no charge! In addition, while leaving the store, I stopped by the loan officer's (don't know her name)desk and asked a question about my current lease. She was extremely helpful and I feel much better about my lease agreement since having spoken with her. Thank you for your fine service. Looks like you may have a life-long customer!
I had a 2013 Kia Soul (that I night from them new) and really just went down there to check out the possibility of a trade-in, not expecting much. I left with a 2018 Kia Soul Plus! Their finance department is amazing! I really won't shop anywhere else!
I scheduled an appointment for my 120k maintenance. The service person let me know I had it done during the previous service and all I needed was an oil change. To me, that shows the integrity of your dealership and service department! My TDI Jetta has over 120k miles and is still running like new. Service called later to recommend a cooling system flush and I agreed. I was given a ride to and from work. Service was excellent as always! Thanks.
We bought our 5th or 6th vehicle from HOF and had a pretty good experience. It is always a challenge to meet on price but that seems to happen at all dealerships. Our salesperson was kind enough to bring the final paperwork to our home since we were unable to get to the dealership during their regular hours. (We live 2 miles from them.) If you need a vehicle ask for Raj- he delivers old style customer service like courtesy phone calls and he always follows up on email.
Kelly Adams and Bev Cain made our experience very positive. The last time were were car shopping was when we bought the PT Cruiser that we traded in. We left without some of the items from the PT and a quick call to Kelly was all it took. When we returned with our cashier's check the items were in a bag waiting for us. We only received one key and one valet key. But once again a quick call to Kelly and our key will be waiting for us when we return the Forrester for the new windshield. (The windshield is cracked but will be replaced as part of our transaction, no charge. Plus we get a loaner car to use.)

The employees are awesome! They worked out a price for me in the car I REALLY REALLY wanted, and that alone made me feel a lot more comfortable. I was actually praying that they were not going to tell me, "Sorry, we can't give you a better price but, we can put you in a different car." No one wants to hear that, especially if you have your heart and mind made up on specific one. The sales professional that helped me went out of his way to get me the car and knew a lot about the car I was buying. Thanks for making it fun and easy to buy a car.
Everything was easy. Looked at a couple cars, took them for a test drive, picked one and did the paperwork. No problem.
