Hilary made the purchase of my new truck a breeze! Quick and efficient and minimal effort on my part. Spent less than an hour at the dealership compared to horror stories of the past with other dealers!
2015 Volkswagen Jetta Hybrid review
Had this hybrid for about a year and its simply AMAZING! Great MPG and drives great. I've taken it camping to Big Sur and Yuba River, up and down the Ca and South Oregon coast. One tank got me from SF, all the way to SD. The interior is clean, simple, and spacious. Definitely get heads turning driving this car. Plus its a CPO for 17500 with about 12k miles, around Dec 2017 when I purchased it.

CarMax RentonReviews
CarMax Renton review
First, I'd like to say I'll never buy from a dealer (other than CarMax) again. This process was painless and positive. If you go to Renton - ask for TYSON - he was great. Laid back, informative, and what I value most - not pushy or slick. I told him some of the things I wanted in a car and he came up with the perfect choice for me. The signing took about 30 minutes and I was done. They filled up the tank - put a pretty bow on the car when I picked it up - and generally made me feel important and valued. I can't recommend this company enough!
2021 Volkswagen Jetta review
I have owned my 2021 VW Jetta for close to two years. I have very little negative things to say about the car. The car does have auto start-stop when stopped for red lights and other lengthy stops. This car handles well. It gets on highways quickly. I have recorded gas on long trips 42 mpg. I get 32mpg around town. The Jetta looks nice. I have the gray color with black interior. It’s not like the BMW335 I owned but it is a good car for me. Currently over 36k miles with no issues. I take it in ever 10,000 miles for a check up and oil changes.

OV was outstanding. We arrived at the dealership and OV met us outside and introduced himself with no pressure. We explained what we were looking for and he accommodated us immediately. He worked with us and our price. He actually gave us a better deal than what we expected. We were in and out the door with the paperwork and car in less than an hour. I would definitely shop for another vehicle at this dealership.

Both my daughters purchased cars from Auto Quest that were in mint condition, low miles and bought from hassle free sales reps. The service is outstanding and they aim to please. My daughters left their with a big smile (ear-to-ear) and will make Auto Quest there GO TO auto dealership for all future purchases. We were in the market for a used car for our newly, 16 year old daughter. Kevin showed my daughter and I the car one afternoon and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and even gave us some great pointers on what to look for while we’re out looking at cars. The next day my husband and I returned so that my husband could look the car over. We worked with Tommy and he was just as great! The whole process was easy and the experience was like nothing we’d had before. We were able to work out a deal and walk out with our daughter’s first car. Thank you to both Tommy and Kevin for helping us and making this a great car buying experience.

2020 Volkswagen Jetta review
I've owned VW's off and on for years. My first Jetta was purchased in the 90's. Good car. It was nimble, comfortable and had really good gas mileage. It was different from the "Bug" and "Bus" but quite pleasing to own and look at. My current Jetta is a 2020 model year and I enjoy its looks, comfort, mileage and nimbleness. Volkswagens are truly the "peoples car".

Titus-Will Used Cars - Olympia review
Wallace was outstanding. I was a difficult sale as I had no credit history. He got it done. After visiting other car lots I can say I will only ever buy from Titus Will.
2018 Volkswagen Passat review
Bought it brand new. Overall not bad but has some flaws in ergonomics. Cheap plastic that doesnt stay in place. Had to glue gas tank door plate to prevent it from coming off. Little bit underpowered for a turbo. Windows control in weird place, never can get the right bottom without looking. Transmission always shifts like it cant pick the gear it wants to be in. May upshift and downshift at the same time which feels like you get kicked in the rear.

Kyle and James made it happen for me. I walked in there and they said we can get you financed 100%. I had no doubts. I have done business with them in the past and I was confident when I walked in there. I recommend everyone to go get a car from them immediately. Awesome customer service. Moses is a magician. CarMax Sacramento/Roseville review
Very nice customer service. No pressure at all and good selection.
2020 Volkswagen Arteon review
Because I received no Owner's Manual (supposedly back-ordered), I might as well be driving a random rental. Without the manual, I am unable to use or unaware of many of the latest features. The basic driving features such as acceleration, braking, steering, and road feel are good. The hatch-back vs. trunk along with folding rear seats creates a wonderfully large carrying space. On the negative side, there is a noticeable vibration at idle and the shifts are clunky. Overall, I am pleased with the car since it suits my needs nicely.
