Both of them took the time to address my questions. Follow up was timely and professional. I have purchased two vehicles From Classic BMW. Went in to try to replace my car when mine was totaled. Was greeted at the door asked what I was looking for and any specific features. Josh was awesome. Was able to get me in a new vehicle that day. They even were able to call enterprise and have them pick up my rental from them so I did t have to make multiple trips and could leave with my new car. Great experience.

The car buying process was easy. Carl had helped us with a test drive a couple of months ago. When we decided to buy a honda, we made sure to make an appointment with Carl. He was very helpful and nice to work with on our visits.

I have gotten multiple oil changes here, spark plugs, brakes & pads, and transmission fluid over the years. Bill the service manager always helps me out and answers all my questions. These guys do amazing work, always have service specials going on, and always go the extra mile (Noticed they put some touch up paint inside the door on a spot that was an eye sore before)! At my previous job they would pick my car up and have it dropped back off before my shift ended, can’t say enough good things about Streetsboro VW!

Very easy and honest. I found the car I was interested in on Cars.com and called the dealership. Kiefer shared with me as much about the car as possible over the phone and I made an appointment to come out. The car was as advertised. The purchase process was straightforward and honest. I would gladly recommend this store to others in how they operated.
Just OK. Nothing extra ordinary. Seem very busy with not much attention to you but not too pushi either. A little bit doing their own thing, instead of listening what customer asked for. I wouldn't buy there. But it may be better for you.
