This is 100% one of the best cars I’ve owned. Comparing it to my previously owned Acuras, Audis, BMWs, Buicks, Cadillacs, GMCs, Land Rover Range Rovers, Mercedes-Benzs, Porsches, Volkswagens, this is one of my top favorite vehicles for comfort, performance, technology, driving, etcetera. I 10/10 recommend.

Love this suv however when driving just a half hour the dash screen went black with a message “infotainment system cooling” restarted the car but no change. This had to be a recall but can’t find any info. Poor quality in an expensive car. Service department at dealer won’t answer their phone. Hoping they will call back

I'm a 18 year loyal Toyota SUV guy and I switched to a new XC60. Lovering Volvo in Nashua were great. Sales Mgr Dan was fantastic. No pressure. This is the nicest & most comfortable car I've owned. Fun to drive & easy on gas. Too new to comment on reliability but its safety systems are impressive. Sound system is next level too. I would highly recommend.

Very unusual SUV for a luxury model. Interior and exterior are well designed and made. There are numerous perks, such as having Google verbally operate many SUV functions. It’s a hybrid with a small battery that collects energy to provide minimal better gas mileage. Moving the steering wheel is manual. Very disturbing for a luxury vehicle. There is no interior mood lighting for night operating. Seat comfort and overall room is more than adequate. It has center steering which I love. Its heads-up display has minimal display options other than speed and directions. Overall, a nice SUV. Just takes some getting used to.

I wish CarMax. had been around when I bought all my previous vehicles. It was an absolute great experience. My customer specialist, Alanna Sernholt was awesome! I would not hesitate to return to CarMax. for future purchases.

I brought my 2013 Mazda3 in for servicing, the right rear Strut had broken off. I was greeted by Jospeh Sherman, Service Consultant, and he worked with me, throughout the entire process of repairing my vehicle and making sure I had a loaner car to use. I cannot say enough wonderful things about how professionally, courteously, kindly and compassionately Joseph treated me!!!!!!! He is the ultimately Best customer service representative I have ever worked with at Tasca or anywhere else in my life! He kept me informed of every detail about the repair of my car and was always immediately responsive to any inquiry I made. He represents the great integrity that Tasca has always been famous for! Any business would be fortunate to have Joseph represent them, and I am grateful Tasca has Joseph! My repairs were done in a timely fashion, and I appreciated the service person who worked on my car, sending me a video of the entire underside of my vehicle. Been a BR customer ever since I retired from my 30 year Army career 10 years ago. Bought my first Volvo in 2004 during my second tour in Germany. In the last ten years I've bought four new Volvos and most recently a used one. I kept buying them from BR because the sales staff is world class (after living in Europe for 17 years, I know world class). And Jim Anderson is the service department is simply superlative. He's taken care of me for the last 10 years. I drop my car off with him for anything and I never worry because I know that he's going to take care of me no matter what. He is what right looks like.
