Drove to dealer after getting notice on dash for second time in a week that a tire had low pressure. They took a video of the inspection by the tech which showed a prior patch coming undone. They recommended four new tires given their age & wear which I agreed to. Now have peace of mind when driving. Alissa was great as usual with her good advice. Thank you!

Best experience this retired couple has ever had buying a vehicle. Masha was a knowledgeable, helpful, and no pressure sales person. Of the 3 dealerships we contacted this one excels in inventory, best deals, and organization. Rochester was a huge disappointment when the fast talking pressure type manager got involved, we walked away. Nu Car in Tilton wouldn't honor their posted price on Auto Trader and no mention of the dealer incentive, just their version of MSRP.

We saw a Volvo XC60 online at MoGovern Volvo page and decided since we were in Albany we would check it out. The girl at the front desk took such good care of us since we didn’t have an appointment, she made it happen with Morgan and even though he was with someone else, he also made time for us. We test drove the car and love it. We gave a deposit and made an appointment in two days to come and finalize the deal. Morgan was very helpful when we came back and did the best he could as they still needed to prep the car before we could have it. It did take longer than we expected, but we went for lunch and when we came back only waited a few minutes before Morgan showed us everything and we were on our way. Also, the guy in the finance dept was very helpful.

Overall, it was a seamless process to purchase a vehicle at Volvo Grubbs and I look forward to bringing my car back for service. Financing was also a quick, but productive and thorough process with Rick (believe that's his name). Just make sure to keep on to the Latte machine in the Infiniti dealership. Huge bonus :)

Unexpectedly had to buy a new car after being involved in a car wreck. Jarred at Clayton Volvo helped set me up with an awesome used option that met all my needs. He was very helpful, nice, and low-pressure, focusing on helping me find what I wanted as opposed to just trying to get me in a car. I had a great experience and can't recommended Jarred and the team there more highly.

Volvo Cars Of Cary review
Anyone trying to buy a new car these days must know how difficult it is to find one for the right price. While looking for a new car for my wife we were very surprised to find out that Volvo was selling new cars at MSRP, and not only cars that you might order and wait for a year for delivery, but also new cars that were available for direct purchase. Thumbs up for Volvo. Customer service was great. We were assisted by Tamas. He was very patient and did a great job in finding the right car for us. Other dealers expected murk-ups from 3-15k for similar value cars. Purchasing the vehicle was an easy process and took much less time than any prior experience we ever had. We also appreciate that we did not feel, at any moment, pressed to buy the car or any add-ons and additional services. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends.

This dealership is exceptional! Purchasing a car is 1part of the equation. Service is the other part. Recently had my car in for service and my experience with Eton was also exceptional. I dropped off my S60 for service a day early and it was ready same day I dropped it off. I asked for a ride home and I just had to wait long enough for someone to come back from lunch. I asked if he could deliver it to my house (not far) and it was done! He was efficient, caring and made me feel like my comfort was the most important thing in the world to him. (I was recovering from sepsis) This is my 5th Volvo and I can’t imagine going to any other dealership. Thank you Eton!

The entire team at Volvo Cars Rochester was great to work with and I would absolutely recommend this dealership. I was an out-of-state buyer and yet I felt like I built a personal relationship with Alexandra and Joseph as we talked and texted regularly to make sure all my questions were answered and everything went as expected. This was the easiest and most pleasant vehicle purchase of my life ? even as they had the difficult job of finding me a V60 Recharge Polestar Edition which is not an easy task. Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon SpringsReviews
Ferman Volvo Cars of Tarpon Springs review
I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Christopher Roy and by extension Ferman Volvo. I inquired with about 12 Volvo dealers in Florida about pricing and availability for an XC-90. Mr. Roy was BY FAR the most courteous, knowledgeable, prompt, and professional salesman. He was also very up front and candid with every detail to include pricing which was very important to me because I had already researched the car very extensively (to include pricing) and knew precisely what price I wanted to pay. Some dealers wanted to remain secretive on pricing unless they could get me into their showroom (difficult because of distances to travel for many of them) while others were either unable to answer specific questions about the vehicle or showed little interest in actually selling cars. Mr. Roy on the other hand was very candid and always presented everything in a manner that showed he really wanted to earn my business. Well, he did. He made the car buying process (to include coming to terms on a price for the vehicle) about as easy as it can be. Once we signed a contract for the car (I ended up ordering one from the factory), Mr. Roy was consistently very easy to contact and was happy and eager to make sure every question I had along the way was answered. He also kept me updated on the delivery schedule. Once the contract was signed, Mr. Roy was also assisted by fellow salesman Michael Kashtan. I have nothing but great things to say about Mr. Kashtan as well. Mr. Kashtan was especially helpful when we arrived at the dealer (after a 3 hour drive) to pick up the car. He had every document ready to go so that everything was streamlined in the dealership. He also did an excellent job of educating my wife and I about all the features on the car and didn't want us to leave unless we were completely satisfied with every detail--he was amazing. Something that really stood out to my wife and I was when we arrived at the dealer after our 3 hour drive (with 2 very small children in tow), both gentlemen walked outside and met us as we were exiting our vehicle. They were expecting us and it was obviously important to them to welcome us--it was a very nice touch and was just a final confirmation that we had picked the right dealer. My wife and I will likely be buying another car in a year or two (possibly a BMW X5 or X7, I know Ferman sells BMWs as well), and the Ferman group of dealers will be our first place we look. I cannot say thank you enough to Mr. Roy and Mr. Kashtan for such a great experience!

My wife & I purchased a 2021 XC40 Inscription and a 2021 XC60 Inscription. We like these cars so much we have a sign in our garage that reads, "Volvo Parking Only". We've had a lot of excellent cars in our lives, but the Volvos to this point have been very impressive and the safety technology helped prevent us from being in accidents at least twice in less than a year. With all of the traffic today you can't get too much safety technology. We've had 1 car serviced and it took us less than 1 hour and the service director was efficient and personable. Sandberg Volvo Cars means to please and that is obvious.

Lindsay Volvo CarsReviews
Lindsay Volvo Cars review
Having no experience in buying a new car in over 10 years, I did not know how things may have changed in the buying process. I was very pleased at the relaxed nature of this transaction with no pressure applied by any of the Lindsay staff. While I did take the opportunity to negotiate, terms were worked out very quickly and professionally.
