Jeff and his team are the besr to work with! Always customer needs and lifestyle in the forefront. They always make sure the vehicle is Perfect. I wouldn???t even consider buying one of my most important and expensive possessions from anybody else. I trust him implicitly.
Angela is a genuinely nice, knowledgeable salesperson. She took great care of us and was professional through out the whole process. This is our third car from Sill Terhar Ford and we have been treated very well each time.
We had the pleasure of working with Jeff Callies. He was prompt, professional, and helpful. We did most of the deal via text and phone which made the time we spent at the dealership next to none. No nonsense and friendly. Our finance person, Tom was also professional, friendly, and helpful. From start to finish, we were well taken care of.

They made the process of leasing a new vehicle pleasant and relaxed. Everything was straight forward, clear and concise. Jeff Callies and Angela Boses were easily the best at what they do. Don't know that you can do better. We will return when the time is right. Just hope Jeff and Angela are still around.
I purchased a used vehicle with an as-is condition status. The service engine light came on three days after purchase. I contacted the dealership and they made a good will one-time exception and fixed the problem. First class!
This was our first time with McDonald and it was our salesperson who we'd like to rave about. McDonald clearly cares about who they employ -- this says much about the dealership. Sam Guardea was courteous, respectful -- not in the least pushy -- informative and took the extra step to help us in the buying process. He went above and beyond to assist in our purchase AND, it was a pre-owned vehicle we purchased.....not a NEW one, which, one might think, would garner extra customer attention. We got this from Sam --- regardless of our budget. An appointment with him will make the experience a positive one.
Sam Gardea and his manager Bill (Sales) were exceptional. Comfortable, honest, efficient, and pleasant buying experience. I would highly recommend dealing with them at McDonald Volvo to buy your next Volvo vehicle.

Fantastic experience at McDonald Volvo. As with any organization, it???s the people who make the difference. My compliments to Aucencio Martinez and Bill Carrera for their polish, professionalism, and patience. Compared to other luxury brands with which I???ve done business in the past - it???ll be hard to not give my business to McDonald Volvo in the future. A 5+ star experience across the board. They strive to rise above.
Flexibility,politeness, and transportation to and from home. I was informed clearly about the process and what was covered by the guarantee. Car was clean when I picked it up. Truly exceptional service! Would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
I went in just to check the XC90 hybrid out and I left with it. I worked with Sam and Bill and the process couldn???t have been easier. Sam???s laid back style was exactly what I was hoping for. Not pushy at all. I hate the car buying process but this was painless. Dave in finance was also great to work with. Very honest about the options that were available. I never feel good after buying a car but after working with Sam and Dave I left McDonald Volvo feeling great!
Sam and the team at McDonald Volvo helped me buy an XC90 through the Volvo ExPat program on my second day in the US. We worked over email to identify my needs and when I turned up, Sam had everything ready to go. A fantastic experience and a fantastic car.
The service department was sketchy at best here for a long time. I do have to state my last visit was much better. I arrived for my scheduled appointment and was horrified at the line of cars as historically they were very slow in getting to and returning my vehicle in a timely manner. This visit it was done early. They also did almost all of what I asked which is much better than usual. Historically they would tell me they rotated and adjusted tire pressure when in fact they did not check tire pressure. When I questioned why the gauges said it was off they said it was the gauge. I double checked when I got home and sure enough they hadn't done the work. This time they didn't replace a break light I had asked to have done but did get all the other items done and done well. Big step in the right direction! Thanks to whoever is now running service as the changes for the better are definitely noticeable!
