It should have been sent immediately after our last conversation, however due to the injury I suffered at work earlier in the year I have had two surgeries on my left wrist and I have been in a cast. The surgeries made me realize the dereliction of duty in not getting this letter of deep appreciation to you. When I entered your facility on July 3, I had not intention of making any decisions on my lease. Fortunately the timing was perfect in that I was able to visit with you directly. It is often said that purchasing a new car is an event that most people put at the top of their ???unpleasant experience??? list. It has been eight months since the accident and resulting injuries at work and I was dreading having to go through the lease renegotiation process. I appreciate the manner in which you gave me your complete attention and I quickly realized I was comfortable in our discussion and the numbers you were showing to me in regard to the lease and a 2016 vehicle. I also appreciate the information you were showing me regarding the TDI legal issue which affected my 2013 vehicle. Thank you for your honesty not only in word, but in deed. You showed me exact numbers and costs and were so instrumental in an easy and enjoyable transition. On top of all of your incredible assistance, you went to bat for me with Volkswagen Credit Services and were able to persuade them to waive the ???excess wear and use fee??? of $495.00. I almost fell off my chair when I heard that terrific news. Thank you again. You are indeed a 5 Star gentleman who went out of his way to waive those fees that totaled $845.00 (wear and use/disposition fee). I am so pleased with my new Jetta and I thank you for you help in every step of the transaction. I met with Cristian the finance manager and he was not pushy and didn't rush me into anything. He was very honest and explained the whole process from beginning to end. We absolutely love the styling and design of the all new XC 90. After owning several of them in the past my wife will drive nothing else. Unfortunately some of the same flaws with the old designer still there. Wonderful factory warranty we have had it in the shop multiple times and of course they cannot figure out what is wrong. If the car sits for more than a week or so without being driven the battery is dead. The navigation shows we are driving in the middle of water or field often has no idea where we actually are. Again we took it into the mobile dealer and had several issues addressed these two issues Are still the same. Very disappointed in a 60+ thousand dollar car

Volkswagen historically are known for producing quality cars with excellent reliability-so it was quite impressive to encounter the most customer service knowledgeable friendly staff on the planet[The VW Trio William Merlo (Sales Consultant), Ron Sowell (Product Specialist) and Ash Chowdhury (Finance Manager)] on my first visit to simply ???check out??? the 2016 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SEL. To make a long story short, it was quite a phenomenal experience-who knew shopping and buying a car could be so easy? 1) William Merlo LISTENED to me when I initially explained my interested not only in the Tiguan, but also the EXACT features I wanted-that is how I discovered the 2016 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SEL had all the features I wanted. As I was test driving it, Merlo pointed out various aspects of the car as well as functions that were of my interest (i.e. heated seats, sunroof). It was absolutely awesome to test drive the 2016 VOLKSWAGEN TIGUAN SEL and ask all questions I had without the pressure to purchase. He is an ideal example of what a sales consultant should be like in mannerism, attitude and most of all knowledge of a car. And yes, he was available to answer any questions afterwards and still today. 2) Ron Sowell went beyond what I expected when I picked up my car-as he was explaining all the feature and controls-it was liked he built the car himself! This made me feel very confident and secure and he assured I was very familiar with features before driving off with my new car. In fact, I have even called and stopped by for additional feature questions, which he answered without hesitation. 3) Ash Chowdhury role as finance manager exceeded what I expect-it was a wonderful relaxing experience because he not only explained the various aspects Volkswagen financing in detail, but also took the time to explain each difference of the various extended warranties available. And I might add, it wasn???t just giving me information, but Chowdhury was quite patient to listen to my question as well as making sure I fully understood my option, even after I left and had more questions which he was too happy to answer. So overall, for anyone new to buying a car or even have owned several cars and looking for a Volkswagen, I give this place 100 STARS and 100 Thumbs up approval rating. The sales associate I working with was great, very accommodating as I had children with me. It was a bit difficult because they were renovating at the time I was there and they usually have a kids area. I’m sure it will be a little easier when everything is finished. The only slow part was actually signing the papers for the vehicle purchase because the business office was behind and what was originally predicted to me to take one hour took almost 2.5 hours.

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Super attractive SUV ! BUT , the headrests jam one's neck so far forward, it caused us neck pain, and the dealer ignored us . Any MD or Chiropractor would look at this seat profile and lament it . XC90 performs so well ! It is so lush so plush so atractive. But the neck pain is a deal breaker . Also just to change the station or adjust the fan/AC/heat is a 4 step process on a screen = major distracted driving !! Love 90% of this vehicle ; but the above is a deal breaker . Hope it improves for future or will never buy one again.

Several outstanding employees at Fairfax Volvo helped resolve a difficult situation I was having with my vehicle. I had a 2015 Volvo that was purchased at Don Beyer Volvo in Winchester, VA. Over the past couple of years and particularly the past couple of months, the vehicle had multiple issues. As soon as one issue was fixed another arose. Rachel Voelker was absolutely wonderful in trying to get the matter resolved and always kept me informed about what was going on with my vehicle. She was always positive and ensured me that they would get it right. Due to having to be towed a couple of times ???after hours,??? other service department members, such as Melvin, took my calls and made sure a tow truck got to me as soon as possible. With the repeated issues, the service manager, Will Winston became involved and worked with Volvo directly to inform them of the situation and advocate on my behalf. He promised me on our first phone call that Fairfax Volvo would ???make it right??? and they followed through on that promise. Due to the unexpected repairs needed on my car, I had to replace it in order to have a safe and reliable vehicle. When I purchased my original Volvo, I thought I would keep it ???forever??? and financed it longer than I normally do. As a result, I was horribly upside down in the vehicle. Will worked with Jonathan (new car sales manager) to come up with a fair and honest deal on a new Volvo in an effort to correct the situation of the lemon Don Beyer sold me. I want to personally thank Jonathan, Will, Wayne Smith and Glester Johnson for going above and beyond to help me get out from under that vehicle and get me into a new Volvo. I have the utmost faith that this Volvo will be my car for many, many years to come. Thanks to your staff for answering all of my questions honestly and making that five-hour process not as painful as it otherwise could have been. You can be sure that if I have any friends looking to buy new cars in the future, I'll be sending them to Fairfax Volvo.

Drove a XC90 R-Design and liked this vehicle a lot. Seemed to have a great amount of rear legroom. Then we tried putting an infant car seat in the back. You have to push the front seat up so far that someone can't sit with their legs straight. Tried with a rear-facing toddler seat and the same issue. I cannot believe a car this big has this issue. So if you're looking for SUVs like this and you have a kid in a car seat, you may want to look elsewhere. We couldn't buy it due to this limitation.

When I brought my RX450h in for its 12-month servicing and safety inspection at 6am on Wednesday, 12/14, I was greeted by a smiling Raymon Tanyos. He quickly and efficiently took down my information, provided me with an estimate of 90 minutes for the service, and ushered me into the waiting area. I enjoyed fresh-brewed coffee and a piece of fruit while I waited. I was even able to recharge my phone at the provided charging station. The service was completed ahead of schedule, and my car looked fantastic, as they had washed it! Such a nice perk. When I checked out, Raymon said the service was free, but I'd need to pay for the inspection. What a nice surprise! Everyone associated with Pohanka Lexus Is wonderful, and I will continue to do business with them. Thanks for a great experience!

This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again. Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Best car buying and selling experience I've ever had!

I am a car enthusiast! I spend way too much on cars ??? but I work 24/7 and it???s my only hobby. This review will be a bit on the long side, simply because I have so much to say about my experience with Vroom. My wife gets frustrated with me because I talk so often about how amazed I am with Vroom in every aspect! I bought my first car in 1968. Back then I couldn???t afford much, but since about 1979 I???ve purchased some very cool cars. I even bought a brand new Rolls Royce back in 1985. I???ve owned: exactly 10 Mercedes, Jaguar, Ferrari, Audi R8, BMW, Range Rover and several others. So when it comes to dealing with car dealerships, I feel like I???ve become rather expert ??? AND a huge skeptic of car dealerships!!! When you buy a high-end car, you lose SOOO MUCH money, as soon as you drive it off the showroom floor. So the last time we purchased cars, we decided to purchase nearly-new cars with very low mileage on them. We bought an Audi R8 and a Mercedes SL63. And it turned out GREAT. No regrets. So now it was time to sell those cars and buy two more. I happened across Vroom.com in my Internet search, and found the perfect cars for both my wife and I at the same place ??? Vroom.com. The cars are nearly identical to the same cars we???ve been driving, but just newer. A 2014 Audi R8 and a 2014 SL63 ??? both with about 3,500 miles on them. Even the same colors as our previous cars. I got bids from several companies to sell our cars to. Vroom offered the highest amounts on both of our cars!! And it was FAR easier to sell to them than any other company. Unbelievably simple! And the prices for the newer 2014 cars was extremely fair. I flew out from South Orange County, California to Vroom to look at and drive both cars. Vroom picked me up at the airport and brought me back to the airport. I was extremely impressed with Vroom and their showroom. And without exception, every single person I???ve spoken with and dealt with at Vroom has been not only helpful and enthusiastic, but GENUINELY concerned about making me happy. Even after the sale they keep contacting me to see how I???m doing and to ask if there???s anything that I need. They got me great financing! Less than 3% interest rate. I had no clue that you could do that with a ???used??? car. No other buying or trade-in experience I???ve ever had comes even close to how great, simple and fast this was. Oh???and they shipped the cars from Texas to us at NO CHARGE, and picked up our two cars at the same time. And the nice young man who delivered the cars was fabulous. He was so very, very careful with our cars. And not only do they have their guarantee ??? I believe you have a week or so to drive the car, and if you don???t like it, they will take the car back. They even told me several times (even after I???d purchased the cars) that if for some reason we decided we did not want the cars, they would come pick them up and truck them back to Texas at NO COST to use. Unbelievable!! Well, my wife is now also so impressed that she no longer is frustrated with me for talking about Vroom so much, and telling all my friends. In fact, I???ve already asked Vroom to look for a car for my daughter. I now would not think of getting her car anywhere else than Vroom. I mentioned before that I???m a skeptic when it comes to car salesmen and dealerships. So if I was you reading this, the first thing I???d wonder is, ???Why is this guy writing this review? Are they paying him???..???? Well, I don???t know any of the people at Vroom. I spent so much time on this review simply because I believe that when people deserve credit, and they treat you so nicely, you should reciprocate and sing their praises. My name is Dr. Rod Kurthy. This vehicle had everything we were searching for in the price range we desired. Since we were still under warranty, we had a problem with the sliding of the second row fixed. All is well and we are enjoying the excellent performance of the car.

This review is in reference to Volkswagen dealership located in Fairfax, VA and managed by Fawad Osmani. On January 3rd, 2018 I had the pleasure to walk into this dealership and received service by Fawad, Wes, Alaa, Amer and David and the staff exuded professionalism and superior customer service. Keep in mind, I delayed purchasing a new car for many years solely based on all the horror stories I have heard from others on purchasing vehicles, and having to deal with car salesmen. I have to say my experience at Volkswagen dealership and under Fawad???s watch left me leaving the dealership confident and had no doubt I made a great purchase that suit mine and my son???s needs. Fawad taken a good amount of time to explain the difference between financing and leasing a car. Fawad was able to breakdown the cost and explain every moving part of the deal. Because of his thorough explanation and based on my needs and wants, I confidently chose to finance the car, in addition to purchasing a 10 year warranty and 5 year maintenance plan. Wes taken the time to escort me and test drive the car. He patiently explained to me and on a very high level on leasing a car may possibly be beneficial to me since most of my driving will be local. Wes also explained different features the car model include and most importantly discussed the various safety features for that specific car model. Another staff member, Amer patiently explained and showed me every feature the car included as well. David assisted with the financing part of the deal and explained to me the next steps to seal the deal. He also patiently explained to me that I would need to purchase full coverage and can easily update via car insurance???s internet site. Which I have done so just about 20 minutes ago before composing this review. I highly recommend and without reservation to potential clients to browse/shop for a new car at this dealership. Fawad also manages Volvo and Honda dealerships in the same location.

If you are looking for a real safe, reliable, fuel economic, great autonomy, comfortable and user-friendly car, try one XC90 Volvo. I've been driving cars for more than sixty years in my life and only a few years ago I bought a C70 Volvo (hard top convertible) as a second car and felt in love with it. Then I decided to try one XC60 as our primary car. Then exchanged for another XC60, when we decided to stay with volvo cars. By the end of last year, we switched to one XC90 to test and are very happy with it.

I was referred to Texas Direct Auto/Vroom by a good friend and I???m glad I decided to go with them for my car purchase! I initially got Billie as my car sales personnel, but she seemed to be very pushy and just aiming to make quick sale; which is something that made me very uncomfortable. After speaking with her for a while I advised I would give her a call back to speak with my financial advisor on proceeding further on this process with Vroom. When I called back I got a different agent that saw in the system that saw I was talking to Billie and advised me that she would give me a call back in 5 mins, well 30 mins passed and I called back upset because I did not hear back from her after she ran my credit and didn???t like the fact I wasn???t trying to put 2500 down. My credit score was excellent I had a 740, but I didn???t have enough credit history she said is the reason why she kept asking me to put so much money down on 23k 24k car. The last time I called upset after not hearing anything from her a gentleman by the name of Shannon Humbles answered and I advised him that I did not want to work with Billie anymore because she made me feel very uncomfortable and I felt like she didn???t personally care about helping me through the process of the purchase. Shannon is an ALLSTAR!! He went over and beyond the call of duty to help me make this purchase!!! 7 days later my vehicle sits in my parking garage and I love it! The process was so easy to purchase, I had to put 1500 which is the standard, instead of 2800 that???s Billie was demanding that I put down! Please go with Vroom! I saw a couple bad reviews and I know every process has its flaws, but I???m here to tell you, they work! They are a very good company and I look forward to making another purchase with them for my girlfriend???s Christmas gift! Thanks Shannon and Vroom!!!!

Buying a car is stressful even if you have a lot of experience. Historically, it has been time consuming, emotionally taxing and most of us go into a dealership with far less knowledge than we ought for a purchase of the magnitude of a car. Salespeople have (understandable) pressures to move inventory and even the most fair-minded is looking to get the highest price they can get away with. It is harrowing at best. With my experience with Carvana, all of these stresses were eliminated. I browsed inventory as widely or narrowly as I wanted, for as long as I needed. I could dictate pricing ranges that were suitable for me. The car I received was *exactly* the car I examined online, right down to some inconsequential bumper scuffs. Beyond this, and *absolutely unlike* any other online business, I could speak to a *real human being* within a few minutes of calling (I had six or seven conversations with Carvana agents over the 3 1/2 weeks from car selection to car receipt). They either had the answers at hand, or researched them and replied promptly with a follow up call. Delivery coordination and drop off (and test drive) were *painless no pressure* experiences???all preparatory contract paperwork was prepared in advance leaving only title transfer stuff to take care of. It took 45 minutes, tops. (I transacted entirely in cash, so I cannot speak to the process when there is financing.) Honestly, the biggest delay was on *my* end getting the insurance transferred (having to wait on hold with my insurance company for 15 minutes). The car was 100% was described???absolutely no surprises. The images on the web site for my car were not stock images. What I saw was what I got. Naturally, it was clean, filled up with a full tank, with new tires and the whole nine yards. Even got a ???free??? Carvana reusable coffee cup and key chain. Nice touch. The part that I found the most extraordinary was the 7-day money-back guarantee, which pretty much covers a change of mind unless you get into an accident or drive it a ton (over 400 miles, and even then, they???ll take it back after a modest per-mile-over-400 charge). All in all, I was dreading buying a car (and selling my used one) and Carvana made it pleasurable. I am absolutely recommending them to all of my friends and coworkers and I hope (as a relatively new company) they keep up the excellent work.

Yes, where do I start. Do I start with this being the best car buying experience I've ever had? That would be too obvious. But it would be the absolute honest truth. I think that everyone is so used to going to the dealership. Being there for 8 hours (you should get paid for being there you're there so long). Sales people trying to up-sell you on every little thing that you didn't ask for. Just an all around miserable experience. Then you go to carvana.com. You put in exactly what you're looking for. Exactly what you want to pay and presto you have a wonderful car. I believe it took me 45 minutes to do this entire transaction. From first going on the site and finding my 2016 Chervolet Equinox (maybe 15 minutes). To uploading my paperwork (5 minutes). To being approved (5 minutes). To having the car delivered, taking a test drive and signing the papers (20 minutes). It was the best transactions I've done since finding my husband. I've told everyone I know about this. We've watched videos of other people getting their cars. Too funny. Thank you Carvana for this wonderful experience. Can't wait to get my Husband a car now.
