Their ability to work professionally without me needing to be in the showroom was fantastic. When I made my decision to drive and purchase the car, the engagement was very easy and laid back. We worked through the numbers and the value of my trade-in and fairly quickly reached agreement. This was one of the smoothest shopping/buying experience that I have encountered. Kudos to the team at Audi Westmont and especially Predrag Crnjakovic and Daniel Ortega for their guidance through the buying experience.
2025 Audi RS 6 Avant review
Overall, this is an excellent car. Given the all wheel drive and advanced suspension geometry the handling and responsiveness are among the best that I have driven; in light of its size and engine position in particular this is as surprising as it is welcome. The power train is more than adequate and works well with the car in all modes and conditions. My main complaint has to do with its nanny care overload, it is more than annoying and entirely inappropriate in such a vehicle. I own two other 2025 cars neither of which are so intrusive. All of this having been said, I do like the car and intend to keep it despite its frustrating "features".

So lets start off with iv had a clk before with the same M.112 3.2 L v6 powerplant as my e 350 wagon does the E is the perfect combo of economy and comfort when you hit the gas it WILL GO. great features such as 3rd row seating shade cover for groceries and cargo net options. good fuel econemy considfering you shouldnt put anything less than 91 in it and use mobil one oil mine usually make it an average of 500k miles! first one 750k till someone pulled out infront of me :(...But the e combines the convience of an suv into the performance of a well engineered sedan with the economy of a small to mid sized car. and you can convert it to a Hearst

2015 Subaru Outback review
I bought used in 2023 a 2015 premium with 214k miles. I drove it 6k miles and only replaced the CV axle, this isn't impressive sounding but it was going through constant , aggressive off reading due to the rough road conditions I had to use because I live in the rocky mountains. I got in a rollover a 60 mph and I had no injuries, airbags kept me safe. Fuel economy was dismal with 21 in the city and 24 in the highway, safety and reliability are top tier, power was surprisingly adequate, the Bluetooth was appreciated and all the safety tech and other tech was very useable and helpful and accurate. Love the car would buy it again if I had the chance

The Finance Manager, Jason, was great as well. I feel like he got through the paperwork in record time! All employees I came into contact with were amazing! Very friendly and good conversationalists. I felt like I knew them and they made me super comfortable. I have to say, I actually enjoyed their company and was mostly chatting and laughing, I never felt pressured and didn't feel at all like I wasted a day buying a car. This is coming from someone who does NOT trust salesmen the majority of the time (sorry) and DREADS things like this. This place is fantastic! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I will continue to recommend this store to anyone looking for a trustworthy place to car shop. Thanks for everything, guys!

I can honestly say I’m not one of those people who usually writes a review. But this time I was compelled to write a review. From my brand specialist Ernie Alvarez to the fabulous finance manager Josh Bruhn I can’ say I never had a better experience purchasing a car. Most of the time I’ve dreaded going into a car dealership feeling like I was going to be taken advantage of or not taken care of or I was gonna have to haggle, haggle,haggle. From walking into the door I was greeted with a warm smile a comfortable confident handshake. Ernie was a great salesman! He gave me all of car information, gave me the Carfax showed me the price I was getting made sure I was comfortable. These should be things that you get from a car dealership but they are not things that you always get. If you look to purchase a car new or used car the Audi exchange in St Charles ask for Ernie Alvarez he’s is your guy. The finance manager was fabulous !!! Again that’s not something you normally say about a car dealership’s finance manager. I have already had my preapproved financing when I walked in, had a nice rate he went the extra mile and found me an even better rate. Got me a fabulous price with my warranty and made sure I knew all that the warranty entailed. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. It appears that KUNES Sycamore has recently hired a very competent Jerome Witt who, albeit after 6 months resolved my issue within a couple of days. Below my original Issue: If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from November 5, 2022 By pljo on DealerRater If I can stop just one person from buying a vehicle from this non-responsive dealership, I consider my efforts a success. I purchased a 2009 Mercedes SL550 (48,00miles) from this stealership and added a "Bumper to Bumper aftermarket warranty" which I paid for separately from the car through Kunes. After 3 weeks (1,500mls) the car developed an issue with a suspension damper. Kunes quoted a $1,500+ repair charge and of course it was not covered by the "Bumper to Bumper warranty". Multiple emails to Eddie Boliaux (GM) has proven to be futile. Please think twice before dealing with these people, especially if they try to sell you a useless aftermarket warranty. We walked the lot and I sat in ~20 cars. I went home and researched them some more, scheduled a few to test drive and came back on Jack's day off. This time, I worked with Brandon for a few test drives and discussed other vehicles at nearby CarMax locations. They found a vehicle that fit my requirements and transported it in for me to test drive. A few days later, I was back for the final test drive, loved the car and purchased it. Jack and Brandon kept good communication, weren't pushy and were a pleasure to work with. The business office was quick and explained the paperwork and processes effectively. 2017 Volkswagen Golf Alltrack review
I drove a Golf TSI for years and absolutely loved it. Never wanted drive a different car as long as Iived. Then I had a kid(which is is tight with a golf) and someone pulled out in front of me and it got totalled. I took the money and upgraded to the Alltrack because its basically the same car with more room and AWD. Absolutely love it! Gas mileage is significantly lower than my Golf, but it still has some zip. The DSG transmission is like butter. Ill drive this car into the ground.
