Stay away from here

Worst place to ever consider buying a car. They sell nothing but lemons and won’t take responsibility for it. They make cars look great on the outside but then there’s countless problems that only a mechanic could find. Extremely shady business.

Got what i paid for.

I purchased a mb s550 sedan from super bee in 2018. It has been 5 years and the car is still wonderful. It was in the condition as described and looked even better in person than it did in photos. He wouldn't come down in price at all, but i got a good car. No complaints about the car.

Disappointed

Never got my real plates and decals because dealship never paid for them. I have to out of pocket to the dmv! Poor customer service

Won’t return car/fix a pre-existing condition.

We purchased a used car for our teen daughter snd realized after it had been home awhile that it was wet after it rained. Decided to do a little pour test as we had never driven the car during the rain, and discovered water was POURING in the back window area. When we tried to return the car the owner of Super Bee told us “too bad, you bought a used car”. He did nothing to try to make it right and refused to purchase the car back. He was rude snd highly unprofessional. Do NOT PURCHASE from Super Bee.

not honest

Worst dealership ever. Lied about the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle failed the VADOT inspection in OCT and with NO work was able to pass the inspection in DEC. VA State trooper stated some dealerships will work out a deal with inspection sites to get vehicles a passed inspection under fraudulent means.Their idea of fixing things was to cover rusted out frame with NEW BLACK spraypaint. Dealership neglected to mention the prior failing of the inspection or actual condition of the vehicle.Dealership stated that they put on new brakes - which they did but EVERY other part of the BRAKE system under the hood was rusted and failing,they only fixed what could be seen from outside of the vehicle. Dealership took photos in a way NOT to show actual condition and existing damage to questionable portions of the vehicle.Dealership agreed to take back the vehicle but upon return the dealership "FOUND PROBLEMS" that they could fix as long as i paid for it before they would accept return of the vehicle. Superbee would not supply me with any estimates of the work to be done on the found problems- they would only tell me how much they cost to repair upon return. I opted to pay for the "found problems" to recover SOME of my money rather than keeping a LEMON of a vehicle that was unsafe to operate on the roadways. DO NOT TRUST SUPERBEE AUTO

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! VERY FRIENDLY

Great customer service, very friendly. This Business is ran by a husband and wife and they are very friendly and the process was smooth. No issues. This is the place to go when you are shopping for a car.

I Have Been BLESSED

I came to Supper Bee with a super problem. I was left carless after TWO car accidents. I spotted my dream car! (I had tried to find a car immediately after the accident.)
