Lou Bachrodt Auto MallReviews
Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall review
It was probably the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. I knew what I wanted, and had a quote from another dealership that was fantastic. While Lou Bachrodt did not have what I wanted on the lot, Fil the new car manager and Patrick my sales consultant assured me that they could order the truck I was looking for and still match the deal I had worked out at the other dealership. Both of these guys made the buying experience at Lou Bachrodt Auto Mall as smooth as can be without any surprises. Every question or concern I had was answered quickly and with good detail. When my truck arrived, I could not have been happier! I will be coming back here when I am ready for my next truck, and keeping my business local. Give these guys a try, and I am sure you will be as impressed as I was.

Purchased a 2020 Acura MDX in August 2024. Very reliable, luxury, decent on gas that has a nice V6 engine. I like the 2 screen display, the on and off button for the radio is fairly cheap. Love the LED front lights! So far so good!

Audi Westmont review
I had a wonderful experience with this dealer in all phases of the process to exchange my car. Aleksandar was available and patient to help me figure out the model that I wanted, to look exactly for a vehicle with the characteristics I wanted, to discuss the $ numbers, and following up days after I was already enjoying the Audi. It was also easy to interact and decide about services with the help of Gianfranco. I’m very happy for having chosen Audi Westmont.

We were so happy to have been helped by Elijah he was truly so patient with us as we were getting a bit nervous on not getting the vehicle of our choice. He was truly helpful all the way to the end. He was very informative about everything highly recommended him for any purchases at Dodge Ram. He's the man. Thank you Elijah you are truly the MVP hands down.

Gmotorcars Auto & Commercial Truck review
I purchased a used work van through this company and had nothing but positive experiences here. I worked directly with Ivan the whole time and he did an awesome job of helping me. Their whole team at this location is pleasant to be around, including the owner and mechanics. I would absolutely recommend to others and will look for vehicles in the future through them!
