My husband and I were keeping our eyes out for a GMC Terrain or Acadia. I found a Terrain online and was 100% sure that was the car I was getting. I was in the process of rebuilding credit and Chris tried everything in his power to get us approved with payments in our price range. Unfortunately it wasn't possible with what we had to offer. The next morning he pointed us in the direction of a Nissan Rogue. I was convinced I would hate it but my husband told me to "just look at it". That same afternoon I went back to the dealer and test drive the Rogue. Let's just say, I am now driving a loaded 2014 Nissan Rogue and in love with it!!!!!! I instantly signed the papers and walked away with a smile! The sale was pain free and quick! I picked up my new car the next day (day 3) and do not regret a single second of it. Chris was amazing and if it wasn't for him, I would have never even considered the rogue (that I now love)

Best car ever. Love the remote start, seats, comfort and power.The navigation, safety features , sound system and performance are superb. I feel that I'm in the most luxurious car I ever had.

This car is very nice but it take a long time to stop the car when braking ,plenty of room , I have the 2017 base model

My siblings and I are from the north shore and was car shopping for the day. Our first dealership we stopped at in Shrewsbury was a no go. It was too bad, we were very serious about financing a car but couldn???t test drive the car, but gladly......thankfully, we ended up at AutoMax. I can???t tell you enough how happy and satisfied I was purchasing a vehicle with confidence at AutoMax Pre-Owned in Framingham. AutoMax has a very inviting atmosphere and employees who work with you to make your purchasing a vehicle a breeze. As soon as we strolled in, we were already taken cared of by one of the associates who greeted us. We simply wanted to test drive a car beforehand and they got a salesmen, Luiz Espigar to assist us in test driving a car. After we test drove the car, we asked for him to give us a moment so my siblings and I could discuss if it was a go or not. He respectfully gave us our space and let us collaborate. Everything was perfect about the vehicle, from the mileage, the price, the smoothness of the drive, and the look and feel of the Mercedes. 100% I felt confident ready to finance the car. However it wasn???t up to me, it was up to my cousin, if he wanted the car or not. In the end, we ended up purchasing the Mercedes C300, and everything went smoothly, Luiz answered our questions, spoke about the pricing, showed us the carfax, etc. He didn???t make it feel like your typical sketchy salesmen at other dealerships who are trying to rip you off. We knew what we wanted and he made sure we got what we wanted. If you are looking to purchase a vehicle, Luiz is the guy to go to..and this is coming from a young person who has car shopped a few times and co-signed before, not much experienced but very knowledgeable of who is genuine. You don???t get many dealerships that take you seriously. Note: We purchased the Mercedes on a Saturday during the RMV 3day closure and somehow they got the car up and ready to go the following Thursday. It was fully serviced, cleaned, tinted(came with the package I signed up for) and he kindly put gas in it. Thank you AutoMax, especially a thank you to you Luiz and the finance women who both made it extremely easy!!!! I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.

Love this car, fun to drive but still reliable and practical. Good gas mileage. The V6 is super fast too. Love the different drive modes.

I have owned 2 Honda's prior to this Acura. Honda engines are so reliable that I will never own anything else. Great gas mileage for a 6 cyl. I have owned it for almost 2 years and I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Wife and I visited to test drive a 2013 BMW 335ci Convertible (manual), assisted by Ana Nascimiento. Goal: upgrade wife's 2001 BMW 330ci. As a couple and family, we've purchased more than fifteen quality vehicles over a 35 year period. Upon our arrival in late February, 2016, car and Ana, who had been amply available by phone and text, were ready immediately for a generous test drive, surface streets and highway. Ana is sharp, personable, and genuine, with the know how and commitment to get a deal done, including, as it happened, that she can ensure all due assistance from the dealership's service and business departments in vehicle prep and transaction paperwork (including DMV registration). Didn't purchase the Beemer because it lacked desired performance/features and wife overall just didn't get excited about the car (2001 has exemplary handling, terrific engine; newer model is much softer, duller, "sport" element so diluted, with blase interior). Ana was excellent in every respect as a sales professional, though, thoughtfully, realistically focused on our needs as motivated customers, and took our decision not to buy graciously, as in general she clearly loves what she does in helping people get the car they want. We're still looking for a car, and assuming Direct Auto has a suitable vehicle, we'll seek out Ana exclusively and work with her with enthusiasm and confidence.

This is a great car to commute to work with the wheel-lock it makes it a more relaxing comfortable drive. It's great for going out with friends also as there is plenty of room and the seats are very comfortable.

I traded in a Camry of 3 weeks (purchased elsewhere requiring several trips to the dealer) that was unable to meet my needs. This RAV4 far exceeds my expectations! I needed something I could depend on in all four seasons that was safe and reliable. It was to replace my 2003 Chevy TB that I had purchased new and I wore out (I loved my TB). My RAV4 has everything I need, plus more. This was accomplished when Dave Filmore (who understood my needs) showed me the RAV4, road tested it, contacted my insurance agent and took care of the changes after working with me completing the paperwork for buying out the Camry . We bought our Acura TLX one year ago. So far it has been everything I expected from an Acura. Other than regular oil changes, nothing else has been needed. It’s been a perfectly reliable car. We have the 4 cylinder Technology package which has been perfect for our needs. After a year and 16,000 miles, we still love the TLX. It was surely a good buy and we are very happy.

drives and looks great wish i went with the all wheel drive version but FWD is still very good in the snow and v6 offers great performance

Acura raised there game with this car, powerful 3.5 liter engine mated to a smooth 9 speed transmissiom with lots of tech and safety features, nice growl to the engine with the multu cylinder management system to save you fuel. Very sporty looking car with a beautiful interior luxurious red leather seats with romote start. I love this car real eye catcher

Usually purchase new cars but many friends suggested we look to Linders for a quality used car. We were really impressed by the "no Pressure" sales man, Ron Stokoski. He was knowledgeable about the stock in the area we were interested and showed us a wide variety to pick from. After trying some out we selected a 2014 Lexus ES 350 and purchased it on the spot. Can't say enough about how we were treated and instructed on vehicle operation operation. Linders lived up to all the good things our friends said about them.

I was originally looking at a 2011 chevy malibu that I had seen on the website. Our budget was between 250 and 350 a month. Jordan had asked us to consider a 2016 malibu as it would be better financially. The final number was 391/month so it was above the given budget but hopefully will work out in our favor. It was a VERY quick process, almost too quick as I feel some things weren't explained (like the warranties or gap insurance) very well if at all especially for this being my first time leasing a car. I felt very anxious not knowing what I was doing or what I was getting into until everything seemed to settle in place & work itself out. I'm happy with how everything turned out & I think I got a great car for a good price for what it's worth.

I purchased a certified used 2016 TLX V6 Tech Package from Scanlon Acura in Ft. Myers, FL about a month ago. The dealership was great, can’t recommend it enough. Best dealership experience I’ve ever had. Now the car. I love this thing! It is beautiful, fast, handles like a dream and gets decent gas mileage for a V6. I’ve read some reviews about the V6 feeling “heavy”, I just don’t get it. This car will fly, especially when passing somebody on the highway. I already took a long road trip in it, from Ft. Myers to Dallas and averaged about 34mpg on the highway. Driving around Dallas I get in the mid to high 20’s with mixed highway and city. I did test drive a 4 cylinder which was fine, but I prefer the power of the V6. Gas mileage is only slightly less, and you get like 85 more HP. I would buy this car again in a second.

We purchased a new RDX at the end of the Quarter. The dealership was quite busy, but we had the good fortune to be introduced to Randall Mathews as our sales person. He is clearly well informed and among the most personable sales professionals we have worked with in the auto industry. His knowledge of Acura of Boston's complete inventory and of the RDX in particular was impressive. After a thorough test drive, Randall showed great patience, had useful advice, and a wonderfully non-aggressive demeanor as we sorted out colors and option packages. Once we had agreed on a price, we discovered that we did not have enough time to complete the process. Randall volunteered to come in the following morning (which we later learned was his scheduled day off) to wrap things up. When we arrived at 8:30 he had the car all ready, including the added options. He did a great job setting up and familiarizing me with all of the electronics. I think I know more about the functionality of this new RDX after his tutorial, than I knew about the Acura TL that I had just traded in after several years of very satisfied ownership. He is a great ambassador for Acura and any dealership or Customer would benefit by his professional customer service. As we were driving off the lot in our beautiful new RDX, I noticed in the rear view mirror, Randall running to catch us. I had left my FastLane transponder in the turned in vehicle... Randall's sales manager, Curtis Hamilton, was also terrific to work with.

I’ve had a few Acuras, some purchased and some leased. This one is a lease and I plan on keeping it. It is gorgeous and roomy. It has great features, but most important, it has the reliability I depend on. I love this car.

I had the last year Acura Legend made in 1999 for seven years and have been a fan of Acura of Boston ever since. Many models later for various years of ownership time lengths i now lease a a 2016 TLX. I looked at other car makes and models and came back to an Acura. Perry Wong is back as the manager which made the experience easy and less nervous for me. Knowing Peter Mark will be in charge of my service for the next three years is comforting as well. This was the first time i worked with Dumitru Moisei and he showed me the pros and cons of ownership versus leasing. We went with leasing my new TLX. The pick up process and the consideration in my slowness to learn all the "NEW" features of the car was not discouraged by Dumitru. He has knowledge and kindness for a person new to the workings of a car. I am still getting used to the fact the key does not have to be inserted into the car from my last TL !! Dumitru kept in phone and email contact the first few days of my new car. I am a loyal Acura of Boston client and most likely always will be. But i still like my bicycle!!

car has the leather seats with heated seats, the blue tooth options as well as phone calls, the LED's and jewel eye headlights which help visibility alot!!!!!, comfortable! and gas mileage is amazing!

I hope Honda pays there staff good to keep them there...wonderful people to work with, customer service is not lost they know what it takes to keep the customer happy and meet half way

Great car all around and the SH-AWD. Is great! I also got the tech package with the great stereo also a must. I had silver, grey metallic and black in my Acura’s lately!

A good experience. Today I visited Prime Honda to learn how to use my bluetooth equipped android cellphone in my 2011 Acura and was helped by Kamiya Flakes. It's use is counter-intuitive, complicated and not user friendly. Despite this inherent problem she was pleasant and patient, explaining how to use the system and writing down the key moves. I find the fact that Honda uses such an unfriendly system disappointing and feel fortunate to have had Kamiya around to help explain it.

Excellent look and style. Great performance in the 4 cylinder model...excellent fit and finish of this car. Great gas mileage and very dependable with the Acura name!

The exterior design on this car is great. The interior seating and design is comfortable and stylish. The camera and display, cluster could use improvement. The technology package was a big part of my purchase decision along with certified used car extended warranty. Overall, this car is a great value.

Randall Matthews answered all our questions and seemed very eager to please. He is a bright young employee whom we enjoyed meeting and working with. This purchase is our fifth from Boston Acura. Kind and knowledgeable professionals like Randall are the reason we keep choosing to return to your dealership. We also enjoyed meeting and talking with Bob in the service department. He gave us the complete print out of all work done on our gently used 2016 MDX. I look forward to seeing him for the first oil change.

I have been a Volvo fan for years but when it came time to buy a new car, I could not fine the Volvo I wanted. So after searching on cars .com I found my Acura! cars.com was a great place to look for a car. I was able to search by color, amenities, etc. Very Very satisfied.

I love the service here. It's improved tremendously in the past 7 years I have been a customer. My car is a little lower than most but the shop forman Lewis (sorry didn't catch last name) personally greeted me and explained how they were going to do the oil change on the alignment rack to not damage my car on a lift. The Al Sousa my service advisor and the entire staff worked quickly and informed me every 30 mins about eta. I couldn't be a more happy customer!

Love my TLX! It feels like driving a cloud. My only complaint is I feel like the interior is a little behind current styles. Other than that I love my car!!!
