This was my first time having to go to this Service department since this is my first Acura. First of all I want to let you know that Yves Vrnoga who wrote up my order was very professional and extremely helpful. My service was to pick up my key number 1. I had no idea that this takes around 90 minutes because of programming. I was so greatful that they drove me somewhere where I could wait and did some errands. even though there was a mix up and I have to return for key I highly recommend this service department. They took care of me. The only drawback is I live in Brentwood and have to return.
I new what I was looking for and was glad to find it. I was hopeful for a better deal and found it difficult to manage an agreement with financial advisor. Fortunately after hours of negotiating all kinds of terms we came to understanding. I understand I choose a very special SUV, but as a customer looking for the best I expect the best deal. Sales representative did a great job showing me my car of my dreams with great knowledge.
This is our 7 th. Acura MDX. This means something. I have worked with Anatoly and mansoor for the last 3 leases. They are honest wonderful service and the best price around. The finanacing was done under 20 min while I had my coffee. Thank you guys again.
I came in for a b1 service and talked to Tyler Parker about a concern I had regarding a stain on the driver seat. He was very friendly and helped me get rid of the stain after the car was serviced. I was extremely satisfied with their customer service and would highley recommend Acura of concord.
I like the automatic reminders for car upkeep and service. Inspections are critical and keep my family driving safe vehicles. My service manager, Ronnie Garcia, is always engaGING, FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.
I will definitely do business again with MB of Walnut Creek. I was in a market to purchase a new vehicle and looked their inventory online. I was contacted by their internet specialist who made my selection a breeze! I emailed her my preference and price range and she found the car that fits all category. Financing was easy - I emailed my guidelines and was pre-approved and scheduled a test drive same day! My sales rep and everyone at the sale floor was nice and courteous. I came out of there with the car I wanted, with the payment terms (including extended warranties, etc) within my budget and the car was impecable! You cant beat MB quality of product and service. We recently had the pleasure of working with Trey Onkst at Mercedes Benz. Although Trey had only recently transferred to this dealership, his facility with the product, his approach, his patience with us as we made our buying decision was just top notch. He even came and picked up our vehicle at our house to take care of a small scratch that occurred on delivery and brought the vehicle back to us. The van we looked at was missing some components and the CD player didn’t appear to work. No negotiation, just if you like it great, if not keep looking.
Sales folks are straight forward-no one is making a new best friend but they are courteous.
