The Audi Exchange Highland ParkReviews
The Audi Exchange Highland Park review
Probably one of the best car buying experiences I have had in a long time and my previous experiences at other Audi dealerships was good. Inquired about a car online, set an appointment, test drove it, got a very fair trade-in value and had the best experience at their location you could ask for. It literally is the only place I will buy a car moving forward.

Liberty Parma HeightsReviews
Liberty Parma Heights review
Buying a new vehicle can be a total nightmare — except when you go to Liberty Ford in Parma Heights. Every person I’ve come in contact with, from service department to front desk has been nothing short of polite, and accommodating. My personal favorite, my salesman, Paul LaRocco. Paul has taken care of me every time I have walked through the door with nothing short of genuine kindness and compassion. He makes me feel like I’m part of the family, and that’s hard to find. Today he put me in my dream car, a 2024 Bronco Sport, I know it’s cliche, but I could literally burst from the amount of pure joy I am currently feeling. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!! I love Liberty Ford Parma Heights!! #Liberty4Life

Safford Volkswagen West RichmondReviews
Safford Volkswagen West Richmond review
My husband and I saw the car we had spent weeks looking for in their online inventory, but we were over 10 hours away by car. We were concerned that someone else would grab it before we got there, as had already happened to us several times. They were courteous enough to hold it for us until we got there the next morning, and they gave us a fair deal for both our trade-in and our purchase without a bunch of haggling or pressure. After having communicated with lots of dealerships in the prior weeks, the staff at Safford Brown distinguished themselves from our first conversation. Hector and Eric were both courteous and professional without being stiff. We got the car we wanted with minimal fuss, and that's a big deal, considering how exhausting our search had been.
2024 Audi A3 review
I've only had this car for a few weeks and drove it a total of 5 times and put well under 50 miles on it, so my review is limited. Thus far I have not had any issues with the car. Hopefully, it remains so.

Hello, my wife and I came in to the dealership fsda shopping for a new vehicle. We were welcomed by Mr. Jalen Lindsey. He showed us around, took us on test drives. The young man was very knowledgeable about the vehicles that he showed us. He even suggested the car that we eventually bought. The sales staff was helpful, and courteous. I would like to thank Jalen Lindsey, and Andrew Grane for making our car buying experience smooth, and successful.

2022 Audi A3 review
I bought my brand new A3 a few weeks ago. I am the first owner in our area to own the new 2022 A3. I can tell you I love this car. It’s quiet, nimble, and gets great gas mileage. My first tank was 40 mpg. I love the small size and luxury quality about this car. It drives so smooth and it’s quick when you need to be. I always drive it sport mode and paddle shift myself. By having it in sport mode and paddle shift the transmission responds quicker. I have the premium with Quattro and zero to 60 time is 6.3 seconds. It’s not a sports car that’s the S3 job, but it’s a small premium luxury car that’s a joy to drive.

Audi NorwellReviews
Audi Norwell review
Reading some of the older reviews about service, I question what universe they were in? I know sometimes competitors have their employees write bad reviews, so that may be as well. Last week (May 2026) I had the complete opposite service experience ...and get this ! I did not even buy my 2022 Audi Q3 from THEM! (I bought it from a used car dealership = Bourne Auto). I had warranty (recall) work that only a dealer could perform and also had to get the "key owner" setting switched from the prior owner so I could access Audi's MMI system (Something Bourne Auto forgot to do!). 1) Eric (Norwell service team) got me a next day appointment, offered a loaner car, sent the estimate by email and text and completed the work the next day - plus a free car wash! The day after i got the car back , I received both a text and an email from Eric asking if everything was to my satisfaction (what other dealer does that?) 2) Kyle White (Audi Brand Specialist) must have "drawn the short straw" to help me with my "Key Owner" conversation because it was not easy! Bourne failed to clear the prior owners info from the database, but Kyle was undeterred . After converting my Key Owner status and deleting all evidence of the prior owner, (which took partnering with his technician counterpart) Kyle spent another 30 minutes of his own time showing me all the car options / functions (something Bourne never provided! ) DId I mentioned that I did not buy my Audi from them? No surprise really - Kyle's business card indicated he has achieved "Audi Magna Society" level status (something he never once mentioned !) which (in researching ) is only awarded to top performers in customer satisfaction and representation of the Audi brand. In sum, I am happy to report I received the "BEST of the Best" in service from Audi Norwell! I have zero motivation to pitch for this dealer either. They earned my loyalty ..without asking for anything in return . For that reason, I will certainly buy my next car from Audi Norwell without hesitation! If you are looking right now for an Audi , I highly recommend you start with Kyle White at Audi Norwell before any other dealer. Complete no brainer!

Autohaus Lancaster, Inc. review
I had a great experience working with Hernan at Autohaus Lancaster. He was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and made buying my new SQ8 incredibly easy. I was out of town for most of the transaction, but Hernan Diaz-Egg handled everything remotely, kept me updated, and got me the trade-in value I was hoping for. When I arrived at the dealership the next day, all of the paperwork was ready and the entire process was quick and efficient. No surprises, no pressure, and no wasted time. The level of communication and customer service was outstanding from start to finish. If you're looking for a straightforward, hassle-free car buying experience, I highly recommend working with Hernan and the team at Autohaus Lancaster.

Acura of Milford review
Picked up a new Acura today. John K. is our salesman and Mike is the manager. Major, major thank you's to both of them and to all the people at Acura Milford. Truthfully, this has been the smoothest car-buying experience I've encountered. These guys are honest and know the product. Pricing is fair as well. Thank you for a great process.

2022 Audi A3 review
We just purchased this new 2022 A3 last week and my Salesperson, Jenny, tells me I am one of the first owner's in the Minneapolis area to own one of these awesome little cars. It is so fun to drive, zippy and nimble, with all the latest electronic features. It is summer now when I am writing this review but I can't wait to try it out on the Minnesota winter roads. I couldn't have had a better car buying experience with Jenny and the whole team at Audi Minneapolis.

Shottenkirk SuperstoreReviews
Shottenkirk Superstore review
The salesperson named Keith did a wonderful job in understanding my needs (as a customer) and precisely made my used car buying process very smooth. I bought a 2019 Toyota prius XLE -AWDe from them and currently have no concerns with the car or service. Keith helped me park the car in their lot for few days since I was on my way from Michigan to Nebraska. On my way back I collected the car just fine. No hassles. I recommend this place for used cars .
