I was very impressed with Echo Park there was no pressure to buy the vehicle. I saw two vehicles online and I went in and talked to Joseluis Cortes about them. I was car shopping for my daughter and I wanted a vehicle with low miles and warranty still on it. They had a 2025 Kia soul the 25,000 miles on it and the warranty from Kia was still good. Joseluis help my daughter get financing. He did explain some extras warranties she could have bought, but did not pressure her into buying them. She got the car and took it to our mechanic and he said the car was in great shape no problems with it. I just really appreciate the honesty and the kindness that was shown to my daughter as she was buying this car. I definitely would recommend Echo Park car dealer as a place where you can buy a good used car for a decent price. They don't haggle over the price.

I went in yesterday to purchase a used car after doing a preapproval application. I wanted to see 5 cars so I knew it might be time consuming but I was actually wrong. They gave me Ros as my salesman and he quickly led me to each car. He was very efficient, while I looked at one he would get the next one open and ready to view. He had great knowledge between the difference in cars as well. He was wonderful at accommodating myself and my husband but what impressed me the most is what happened after my purchase. When we arrived home my husband realized he had lost his wallet. Ros went to great lengths to painstakingly recheck each car and all our footsteps during our visit. He called several times with an update as well. We did end up finding the wallet and we are very happy. Our salesman was amazing, wonderful experience, way to go above and beyond each step of the way. We are both currently carmax customers and they now have earned our business for each future car as well as recommendations to anyone we know! This was my first experience with carmax, and it was amazing. First off, let me say that if you go to carmax at centennial, Las Vegas, ask for Muhammad. This man goes beyond and above for his customers to ensure they get the perfect car for them. He has the patience of a saint. Carmax should definitely look into promoting this guy. The company would really benefit from having someone like him in management. Secondly, the selection of vehicles rivaled other competitors, and their reserve system was a stress relief for us as we felt like we were scrambling to find a car before someone else purchased it. You will have peace of mind knowing that the car you want to see will be there waiting for you, no matter what your work schedule is like. They stay open late which is very helpful. They have a TV set up for kids and a nice woman came and handed us coloring packets and foam car toys for the kids.
