And because we came so late in the evening we missed the detailing but was promised one if I’m ever in the area. I very much appreciate receiving the service reminders--I really love my 2023 Kia Forte, and want to keep it in tip-top shape, so this assistance is invaluable. I've been driving for ages. This is the first time I've taken a car in to a dealership for servicing, and I must say I am very pleasantly surprised. This visit was to check out the brakes, and I was informed they were just fine--no servicing required. I compare this to the last time I went to a mechanic's garage with another car and paid thousands for repairs, only to learn not too long afterward from a mechanic friend that there was no way the parts they installed--and I paid top dollar for--were original parts. To realize that Tobin Kia, in addition to being a very clean and professionally run operation, with friendly and efficient Customer Service people such as Krissy, is also conducting their business honestly, is so encouraging in this day and age. Of course, I'm extremely likely to recommend them to others.

It was one of the only reasons I was able to buy the Ford Escape. It was a great experience overall!

Impressively smooth ride, great acceleration tight yet easy steering . After spending 10 years in a VW Touareg the Q5 has been a comforting transition. Bought a 2017 4runner from Hasin at Atlanta car Sales, and I can’t give a bigger blessing from a skeptical used car lot buyer. Not only did he DIRECTLY answer my questions and concerns over the phone, he also went out of his way to pick me up from the airport when I flew in (Yes, I flew in from Texas because the price was that great). He brought the truck with him so I got to have a great long test drive and was very personable the entire way back to the dealership. Found a chip in the windshield and they discounted the vehicle so I can get it fixed back home. Sat down, and was on my way within about 45 mins.
