Mercedes-Benz of WestmontReviews
Mercedes-Benz of Westmont review
I purchased a 2023 EQE SUV from a luxury used dealer and have made MB Westmont my dealer. From setting me up as the primary owner (at no charge), updating software, and repairing an at-purchase existing issue under warranty, they have been exceptional. Harry in the service department has been a pleasure to work with. On each visit, I have been able to get a loaner when needed as well, which was setup in advance. The time I didn't need one, they provided an Uber to get home and back to the dealer. Great experience.

Awesome customer service with a nice personal touch Bobby Sosa went above and beyond to be sure we understood everything out Audi Q5 has to offer. He is patient and kind to answer all of our questions and still offered his time after the sale if we had any additional questions. Bobby made the car buying experience easy. I cannot recommend going to Team Audi and seeing Bobby enough!

This was very uneasy for me, buying a car online site unseen wasn’t something that I had done before. With that said Otis was very professional and knowledgeable and that helped calmed my nerves. The car was better than I expected (s500). If you are out of town and buying a car do your research which I did, but this dealership is legit and have the cars to match their professionalism. Thanks Otis

The car is fun to drive but has slight hesitation that it seems Im the one that notices it. Its only been a few days since I got it. Im sure I’ll get used to it.

Overall wonderful experience! Rob did a great job assisting me on my search for my very first Jeep wrangler. He made sure that I found exactly what I was looking for and did a fantastic job working with me and explaining all of the features of the car. Rob and Vinnie made for a great experience and smooth process on my first purchase I could not be happier!
