I have purchased a few cars from this dealership. Each time they have been fantastic in how they worked with me and treated me. As a result of my experience, I trust when I purchase a vehicle for me or my family, it is done with the best intentions and outcomes. Sean Goodgain took his time to make the encounter personal.
2024 Audi Q5 review

I had a great experience with this dealership. The dealership has a small home town feel but with a large inventory. Sales professional Michael Fresquez was friendly, able to answer questions promptly and all without pressure of making the sale. I would certainly consider buyers my from them again. It was a pleasure working with Michael on finalizing the deal on my Ram 3500 Limited purchase and LOVE IT!!!

I continue to purchase and service my cars at Emich Volkswagen because I always get excellent service from the time my car is driven into the garage until it is ready for me to drive away. Colt was very helpful in explaining the necessary maintenance on my 2024 Tiguan and my car was ready in no time. I was able to wait for my car in their clean lounge area and even had a snack! Is it any wonder I’ve been going to Emich since the mid-1990s?

Alpine Buick GMCReviews
Alpine Buick GMC review
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Alpine Buick! JJ worked incredibly hard to get me into a vehicle, even though I have challenged credit and had just started a new job. I honestly wasn’t sure it would be possible, but he never gave up. The team got me approved and into a brand-new, reliable, and honestly pretty sexy vehicle with very little red tape. JJ and Gloria both stayed well past closing, and they never once made me feel rushed. They were friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed happy to help. After the sale, Gloria had to make a few adjustments to the paperwork. Her communication was excellent, she responded quickly, and we had everything taken care of within minutes. This level of customer service is hard to find. JJ has absolutely earned our family’s business, and he’s already working on finding the perfect vehicle for my husband. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly goes the extra mile, I can’t recommend Alpine Buick—and especially JJ and Gloria—highly enough!

From the Service Department Manager to the young man who transported me from Alpine Buick to my home and back again were outstanding. The service team led by Skyler Berry were professional, attentive, respectful and kind. As a disabled senior citizen I could not have been treated better. The repair of my car required several days in the shop. As I had doctor appointments scheduled, the Manager offered me a loaner car, free of charge! Great people, great service.

CarMax GarlandReviews
CarMax Garland review
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!

Everyone I met from the time I walked in the door was upbeat, courteous & friendly! Niko in sales was very patient & helpful orienting me to my new & gorgeous Corolla Cross! The Sales Managers Joel, Lane, & Devan are beyond knowledgeable & welcoming to the dealership! My financing work with George was done efficiently & was also very pleasant. If you get an opportunity to meet Terry the GM, definitely take it because you will definitely enjoy that experience & he will make your trip to Village Pointe even more memorable. He is a kind & humble man! Thank you everyone for at Village Pointe Toyota for helping me get into my amazing Corolla Cross and giving me an enjoyable experienceI love my new car and I’m looking forward to coming back for all my maintenance & service needs! Bob Moore VolkswagenReviews
Bob Moore Volkswagen review
The sales guys were very helpful and easy to talk with. My husband and I went in with a preapproved loan from USAA, and we talked to the sales guys about the pre approval because we intended on using that financing for the car. When we met with Financing, we were told that they were not accepting payment form USAA as a “company policy.” We wish we were told earlier in the process that our financing would not be accepted. Overall, we love the car and would recommend Bob Moore, just wishing for better communication about the financing.

Axio Auto SouthtowneReviews
Axio Auto Southtowne review
I recently had a great experience at Axio Auto Southtowne. From start to finish, the process was smooth and professional. Stephen Carey was the salesman who helped me and made the entire purchase process straightforward and stress-free, answering all my questions without pressure. The vehicle was in excellent condition thanks to Josh Webb, who did a thorough job detailing it so it looked and felt nearly new when I picked it up. On the finance side, Carson secured me an amazing rate and clearly explained all the options so I felt confident in my decision. Overall, the team worked together really well and made the experience efficient, transparent, and genuinely pleasant.
