We almost bought a used Maserati at another dealer, but didn't primarily due to the trade value of our car. We saw another car very similar on line at Hoffman and drove almost 2 hours to see it. We dealt with Edward who was extremely professional and courteous. I had my facts at hand and said I'm very interested if we can make a deal happen. It was a very short and direct process. He came back with an offer that exceeded anything else we found. We both said that let's not waste time and avoid the typical used car negotiations. He did it. We picked up,the car today and every items I requested to be done was DONE? A GREAT EXPERIENCE AND EVERY DETAIL WAS DONE TO PERFECTION. When I ready for another car, this is the first place I'm going.

Steve Kozar was our sales person. No pressure . Got answers to all our questions quickly. We found a great car at a fair price . Steve is very personable and accommodating. When we picked up the car we were in and out in 30 minutes and the car was fully detailed and they had addressed any issues we raised during our test drive and inspection to our satisfaction. Overall a very pleasant car buying experience. I’d recommend you see Steve if you are looking for a quality ride.

I have frequented many Volvo dealerships for my service needs over the past 10 years but Gengras is the only experience I have had where I felt there was a completely honest and open line of communication about each recommendation and the reasoning behind the same. They kept me advised every step of the way and when one part turned out to not solve the problem, they were honest and asked for my permission to remove it at no cost and try something else rather than try to convince me I still needed that part in addition to others as other dealerships have done in the past. The trust they created will certainly keep me returning for my service needs in the future.

I was looking for new/newer used cars priced moderately and felt like everywhere I looked online was out of my price range. Finally fell upon this place on Internet and could not get over their huge inventory of cars, some newer, that I actually liked! Did the usual dealership review and wow, negative feedbacks enough to make you want to avoid this place. But then I ran into a coworker who told me he bought 3 cars here without a problem. I went to look at car I picked off internet on Sunday and drove it home last night (4 days), couldn't be happier!!!

Needed to get my car checked as engine light was on. Snowy morning arrived early and service team was there with smiles and good morning greetings. Explained situation, checked Warranty, processed paperwork in limited time. Car pulled right in to get serviced. Service agent was Scott S., was very informative and explained what the process is with car and showed me around the facility and showed where the waiting area was. I must say the coffee was awesome...need to find out what kind of coffee it was. Every person who walked by area greeted me and asked if I am ok. Was very nice! I met so many wonderful people sorry to forget all your names. After time I was told what needs to be done and the time it will take. They responded with a loan car so I can get something to eat and take care of some personal business. They communicate via text or email which I thought was great. Also creates a customer relationship with Service agent! Thanks Scott! Great job all around. Clean facility! Professional Feeling Brand Focused and Served. This is why they are Mercedes Benz. Very hospitable! Great communication. Provided options! As far as questions regarding car...If they don’t know they will find someone who does know. This is a huge key to success in any business, as not only are you getting the customer the answer but the employee that didn’t know...does now. ¿ Smiles really help set the comfort zone being in a good place. On 1/27 We went to North Bay looking to upgrade from our 2009-A-4 Salesperson Meghan was great, knowledgeable and friendly. Amazingly there was no hard sell. We selected the veh. we wanted and Meghan told us that this would be the worst the veh. would appear. We picked up our A-6 on 1/30 and we're quite surprised to see new tires,brake job,mats and oil change on the veh. Are you kidding me!! We would have bought the veh. as is. Was I ever surprised. Did I mention the wax job!! I know these cars aren't cheap. But what a great car and great service. If you want to buy a luxury veh. go see Meghan @ North Bay and you not be disappointed//////////////

I don’t typically write reviews (good or bad) so if you are reading this then you know the experience was over the top. When it comes to spending my money, I look for quality, service and personality of the person(s) I’m dealing with. I have to say Jon, Derek and staff have my 5 stars. I traveled 2 hours to North Bay after dealing with my local Audi dealer for a long period of time to no avail. I knew what I wanted before I arrived; model, color and price. Traveling with my wife, son and two large pit bulls, our arrival was greeted by Jon and the car ready to be test driven. The dogs were given a warm welcome with the run of the place. With that said the black Audi Q5 wasn’t what my son and wife wanted. At that point Jon was put thru the test. The hunt for the car was on and Jon was with us every step of the way. We must have looked at 10 different cars. I thought for sure Jon was going to get upset with us. His disposition didn’t change from the time we arrived to the time we left. We finally agreed on a white Q5. The buying process was easy. The price you see is the price you pay NO bargaining. I tried unsuccessfully. He gave me what I wanted for a trade so I was happy with that. With that and a small deposit I was a new car owner. They do offer financing but it was easier doing that at my home town bank. Two days later I drove back and picked up the car. I spent 10 minutes to sign papers with Dave the finance person. Dave showed me the different extended warranties but did not push any of them. I have to say it took me longer to register the car than to purchase it.. Thanks everyone for a great experience!

I was searching for a Audi A4 with a manual transmission which are becoming harder to find. A coworker recommended North Bay Imports. I was a little nervous since I always bought new or certified from an Audi dealer. I may never buy a car any where else again and HIGHLY recommend them. The car was perfect and delivered with new tires and brakes all around. Financing was easy and the rate very competitive. Their selection is impressive and of very high quality. Everyone I dealt with was professional and friendly. The fixed price policy bothered me at first and I tried to negotiate but Jon held firm on his price. After seeing the car and the delivered condition I fully understand his price and I feel I got a lot of car for the money.

I came in to get a oil consumption test on my 2011 Audi A4. The service department was great they scheduled me a loaner for a day and contacted me as soon as my car was done. Highly recommended dealership!!

Absolutely Best Buying experience. Danya was the best!! Bought my new car from out of state, as my local dealer didn't have the car I was interested in purchasing. Danya was able to work with me via email and phone, and now I am a proud owner of a new 2017 Audi. Rocky got us right in for our air bag recall and helped us out by getting us right in for an alignment needed to get our Audi through an inspection. We had 5 cars totaled from a hail storm and Rocky helped us out by gatting us in so our car would get through inspection and back on the road. Mechanics are great as well.

I still had a good car a 2009 Acura mdx with low mileage, but with the family no longer close by I wanted a sedan and was contemplating between the 2014 Kia optima sxl and vw cc..ended up with the Kia which I don't regret bcos..Peter and Lou made it happen and the car is a wow..its a beauty and drives with a punch👍👍 and compared to other dealers, I had a very good deal....i might still come for the cc too😁. Keep being honest....
