A few weeks ago, I was hit by a stolen car. My car was totaled and I was injured. The ordeal was overwhelming! After looking at hundreds of cars, I was exhausted. I found several cars I could afford close by, but they didn't feel legitimate. I found a car online at Audi Hawthorne (the NY, not in NJ!) I e-mailed an inquiry, and Perry Snitkin in sales at Hawthorne answered. Perry was patient and understanding. We went back and forth with phone calls, e-mails, and texts, dozens of times, I even had a problem and couldn't show up as promised one morning. And he NEVER got aggravated. I realized he was a not a xx salesman, and I trusted him! All this for a car that was a trade in and he was NOT going to make a fortune on! Though there were similar cars much closer to me, I paid for an Uber, went, and bought the car sight unseen! I would give him and the dealership 10 stars if I could. The car was perfect and the warranty they give is exceptional. The dealership is also incredible to see, beautiful area. Sincerely, Michael Hirak

We truly feel like valued costumers, and the idea of coming back for our yearly servicing is a positive feeling. Steve Armstrong who helped finalize our sale was incredibly helpful, and made understanding the Warranty and different options available simple and insightful. We could tell he genuinely wanted to help us. We don't plan on buying a car again anytime soon, but when we do, we are going with Audi Rocklin, you won't regret it either, go to this Dealership.

Prior to Prestige Audi my best experience was with a Volvo dealer/service center, but the folks at Prestige have exceeded even them. I purchased my Q7 five years ago from Prestige and have had it serviced there ever since - and I have been 100% pleased with those decisions. It's been an extremely reliable car and I've consistently received the best service I could ever hope for, let alone expect. Everyone on the Prestige staff has been very helpful and courteous, but a special shout out goes to Lucas who has been my Service Advisor for most of the past 5 years. He informed us about the car’s availability, shared details over the phone ahead of time, and made everything very straightforward when we arrived at the dealership. In fact, we ended up coming in on one of his days off, and he still made sure someone was there waiting to take care of us. We test drove the vehicle and decided to move forward with the purchase the same day. What really stood out was the professionalism and customer service. The team answered our questions promptly, never pressured us into buying extras or add-ons, and made the entire process feel comfortable, transparent, and low stress. Since the car needed new tires, they were even willing to provide us with a loaner while everything was being completed, which we really appreciated. On top of that, because we live outside Chandler, they arranged to have the vehicle dropped off at our home once the tires were installed the following week. It made the entire purchase process incredibly convenient and allowed us to handle almost everything in essentially one visit. Overall, this was a top-notch experience, and we would highly recommend Audi Chandler to anyone looking for an Audi.
2025 Audi Q5 review
Bought all new Q5 sportback 6 months ago and its been great. Not one issue. Lots of tech and gets looks everywhere i go. I have the Prestige model.
