I initially contacted another Audi dealership, but they informed me they couldn’t even look at my car for two weeks. Frustrated & in a panic (my car was heading towards KS in a tow truck) I called Audi Shawnee Mission, and that’s when I was fortunate enough to speak with Michele M. in the service department. From the moment she answered the phone, Michele was incredibly understanding and soothing. She reassured me that they would take care of my car right away, even though the repairs turned out to be more extensive than anticipated but thankfully covered under warranty. What truly set Michele apart was her constant communication throughout the process. She kept me informed step-by-step, and if there was ever a question about something I had mentioned or requested, she made sure to clarify before proceeding. I found this attention to detail and respect for my preferences extremely professional and considerate. Now, my RS7 drives like a dream—better than ever, and I didn’t realize how much I was missing until it was repaired. While I hope I won’t need any significant repairs in the future, I know that for all my maintenance and service needs, Audi Shawnee Mission, and specifically Michele, will be my first choice. Yesterday I picked up my 3rd used car from the Audi Connection in Cincinnati, Ohio and I don't live in that state. Four years ago I had a little extra time before a sales call and I stopped in the Audi Connection dealership and gave Greg Meyer an opportunity to tell me about Audi quality engineering. I invested in an Audi after that conversation with Greg and I went back two subsequent times and bought cars. I was treated very well by everyone in the dealship that first day I went into the dealership, and that level of appreciation and respect continues every time I go back. I'm glad I gave Greg Meyer the chance to tell me about Audi's in depth quality assembly process which translates into trouble free driver experience. In my 4 years driving the Audi's that Greg sold me I have never had any problem with any of my cars. Not one trouble warning light, not one misfire, not one manufacturing oversight just simply exceeded driving expectations. One feature I really like is the Audi's unique Quattro drive, in the rain, in the snow I'm the 4 door sedan passing the Suv's. Thanks to Butch, Greg, and Gib a professional team that supports a great product with strong knowledgeable service.
