The work was completed in about 6 hours, which was a little longer than anticipated and quoted, but I was provided with two Uber vouchers which allowed me to travel to my office, work during the day, and then travel back to pick up the vehicle with no cost to me.

2022 Audi Q8 review
Purchased a highly optioned Q8 (air suspension, 4wheel steering, full leather, 5K B&O stereo, all S-line packages). Was comparing against a Cayenne S of the same model year. The Cayenne S was not quite as nicely specced as the Q8, but obviously has the more powerful motor than the standard Q8. Porsche does their full leather interiors a bit nicer and covers some areas Audi does not, like the lower door panels. The Q8 was significantly quieter inside, but the Cayenne did not have the noise insulated glass option (which made a difference on my prior generation Cayenne). The Q8 did not feel nearly as engaging as the Cayenne, but I felt this made it more stately. Not quite as removed as a Range Rover. The Q8 is a rare bird on the road in my area of the country - more Cayennes and definitely GLSs or X7s. In fact, since I bought mine, I have not seen another Q8 on the road, which gives it a little more of an exclusive feel, if that is important to you. I gave it a 4 for the interior design, because I still like to have physical buttons for the climate control. That may not be important to you. In addition, the rear seats need to be put down manually and on a vehicle around 100K, that would be something I would expect. Otherwise, the interior is excellent from build quality to tech features and ease of use. With the S-line package, there are huge 22" wheel/tire. Surprisingly good ride even in the dynamic mode (note: air suspension was optioned). Overall, very pleased with the Q8.

2020 Audi Q8 review
First off, I have to comment on how safe I feel driving the car especially on the highway at higher speeds. It gives me peace of mind given that I transport my six grandchildren routinely. The car is extremely comfortable but I’m a short individual and have to sit fairly close to the dashboard. A right-hand armrest that could be raised and lowered as needed would enhance my comfort since I don’t reach the center console while driving. In addition a seat bolster that inflated the sides of the seat would enhance the car’s comfort for someone of my stature. A bit more storage room in the center console would be nice but I absolutely love the phone charging pad which does take up some of the room in the console. In addition, I love that the car verbally tells you if you leave your cell phone behind as you exit the car; that’s awesome! The stereo system is incredible, and the fact that you can modify and personalize the screens for your favorites enhances the car’s ease of use. The ride is so smooth you need to watch your speed because the car is quiet, and accelerates readily. I absolutely love this car.

My problem was with the AI contact point at King. Stupid me, I thought Olivia King was a person, and I emailed "her" several times with requests. Before I went in, cars.com asked me to review "her" and the email included a photo of a woman, again making me think I was dealing with a human. When I went in, I asked to speak with her, and was finally told she didn't exist. But was I embarrassed and did I feel stupid! It was very deceptive. And this is not how you want a customer to feel when you're selling something. You need to make it clear up front that the email contact is an AI contact, and any salesperson will be there to help at appointment time. Other than that, it was a good experience. King even allowed the car to be driven 33 miles to my mechanic for an inspection. That's extraordinary. The car was in good shape, and we closed after returning from the inspection.
2020 Audi Q8 review
Lots of leg room in the rear,but the driver seats seem compact in comparison to the Q7. I'm not petite and could really use a bit more seat room and make the console a bit smaller.

I have the greatest experience at Generation Nissan. I never been in a dealership that care about me making the right decision and that make sure that I was happy and certain with my choice instead of just pushing a vehicle like other dealerships. From the moment that I got there I was welcome by the General Manager Luis Martinez, he make me feel welcome like if I was just visiting a friend. He redirect me to a sales staff member Nicole, which she was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable and went thru all my options to choose features of the cars and why should I choose any of the types of the vehicles depending on my needs. One thing that I was blowing and so thankful. It's that she treated me like a human, I was currently struggling with some personal issues and probably was reflecting in my face, but she was making sure that I was ok and happy with any choice that I made if I yet to choose a car, and not just trying to just push a car to me to make the sale. Meanwhile Luis was working with the financial team to provide me multiple options according to my financial situation and best deal since I was trading in my 2018 chevy Equinox. He worked with me to make sure that I got what I wanted in terms of how much I want it to pay monthly and not go over my budge. He worked great rewards to me my needs and I was able to choose a beautiful Nissan Rogue Rock Creek. Another asked from me was that I need it the SUV to have a hitch, so he say that was no problem that they will order it and installed there. They ordered that day and after 2 days I was called to bring the vehicle for the installation. The service staff member Eric took care of me, and besides that they said the installation was going to take 3 hours, I was in and out before 2 hours. I don't know how this dealership was before Luis Martinez took over since he mentioned that he just have been there for a couple of months, but I can say that my experience thru leasing my new Nissan Rogue was great, I never been in a dealership that took care of me like they did. I was not just a client that they were trying to push a car to it, I was a person that they walk me thru making a choice that I was certain and happy with, regardless if I got a car or not. They have some bugs to work out with the infotainment tech, but the car is spectacular in every other way!!! And out dealer was SPOT ON!

2020 Audi Q8 review
I have had this car only 2 weeks. It is as beautiful in person as it appeared online. (The car that I purchased had a different color than that of any of that model that I could find in any of the nearby dealerships so it was a bit of a leap of faith seeing it only online.) It rides really well. Since I did not buy it off the lot/had it come from the factory because of options I picked, and the color, I could not get a good deal on it, and it was more than I had originally intended on spending. Still, this model handles extremely well, looks its cost inside and out, and after test driving and extensive research of comparably priced cars among Audi, BMW, Infinity, Cadillac, Lincoln, Land Rover, etc, I still think this is the best of them. This site requires me to put in a rating for reliability but take note that I have owned this car only for two weeks.
