Perillo BMW review
Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.

Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. CharlesReviews
Fox Valley Volkswagen of St. Charles review
Fox Valley Volkswagen absolutely exceeded my expectations at every point in the purchase of my new to me Passat SEL. Adrian was my sales representative. He was knowledgeable, professional, prompt in responding and friendly. Specifically, he managed expectations and answered my questions directly. Nik is the sales manager, and was fantastic to deal with as we got the purchase rolling. Having been in the business, I understand how the sales manager is at the nexus of everything going on. Not once, despite being busy, did Nik make me feel rushed. Again, prompt and direct in getting things done right. John, the finance manager took over, processing my paperwork and made it seamless and easy. When I needed a temporary tag, he immediately saw to it. My car was delivered, and everything was done to perfection. If you want a dealer who pays attention, who is prompt, professional and never high pressure, and who gets the deal and the job done right - look no further. This team is truly at the top of the business. Five stars - strongly recommended across the board.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I love this car, i previously own a Range Rover what a nightmare, was not worth the money, problems with car/dealership... I decided to go back to audi after researching many other cars in the same price range and found this SQ5 to be the best deal for the money..

Volkswagen of Downtown ChicagoReviews
Volkswagen of Downtown Chicago review
James Christy was my salesperson who helped me purchase a VW Jetta for my daughter's first car. From my initial contact with him to the red bow placed on her new used car, he was top notch. Listened to what we needed, delivered on his promises and made us feel like he was one of our best friends. Out the door pricing was given to us "prior to" coming in so there was no surprises when we got there with the assistance of his sales manager Julian, who also also great to work with. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. This experience today was exactly how all dealers should treat their customers from initial call inquiry to the hand shake congratulations car purchase. A+++!

iCars Chicago review
Great Experience from beginning to the drive home! I live in Cleveland, and the car was in Chicago. I saw the car originally on eBay. Jasin was responsive, professional, and detailed. I flew in with my daughter and met Jasin to see the car. It was detailed perfectly. The condition of the car was pristine. It was virtually perfect for a 5-year-old car with 27k miles. While I was at their showroom, I also took the liberty of looking at several other cars they had for sale. I can tell you if I-Cars Chicago has anything for sale. It is nice, clean, and in good condition. The sales process was quick and easy. I was in and out of their offices in under 30 minutes. I wish all of my car-buying experiences were as good as this one. I will be doing business with Jasin in the future. Thanks, Jasin!! (Marvin- Medina, Ohio) Thanks Marvin

2015 Audi SQ5 review
I have owned this car for about a year now and I never get tired of it. Every single day is like going to an amusement park for me. I lowered my SQ5 three inches and have a KraftWerk add-on ECU and it looks so mean but is so much fun to drive. Get this car, google KraftWerk ECUs and be amazed at the performance for the price, then enjoy every moment you are in the driver's seat again.

2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Alan S. was upfront / transparent on pricing and patient helping us figure out what we need, bouncing between models and trims. Appreciated the follow-up after buying to see how things were going and if we had any questions. Very helpful w/r/t getting the most out of the vehicles functionality after driving it for a week.

2018 Audi SQ5 review
This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

Really outstanding service. Made transactions very easy and fast. People working there super friendly and courteous.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

Scott Woolsey did a wonderful job of guiding me through the process of purchasing the car. He made sure that any questions I might have were answered. Would certainly want to work with Scott on any future purchase.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I'm a dedicated Audi driver, so I may be bias but this is my favorite car ever! The technology difference between my Audi 2020 SQ5 and this one is huge. Touch screen navigation is a game changer. So many things - I cannot recommend this car any higher!

Experience overall was very good, salesman wasn't pushy and worked very hard to negotiate a deal I was happy with. However, the dealer should update their website more frequently, as both of the cars I was interested in were sold.
