BMW of Buena ParkReviews
BMW of Buena Park review
This is the second time that I've leased a car from BMW of Buena Park and I have to (again) give them my sincerest thanks and appreciation -- with a most notable kudos to Veronica for making the whole thing as efficient and painless as possible! I'd been in touch with Veronica since my last lease was coming to a close, and she always kept things pressure free until I was ready to move forward, along with being so very kind, patient, and helpful once I had a car in mind. On top of all of that, she gave me an outstanding deal while being incredibly transparent and direct with any questions I posed to her along the way. Beyond that, they arranged delivery to make my life that much easier which was incredibly thoughtful of them. You guys are the absolute best -- thank you so very much for always going above and beyond! I'll be back for sure and continue to recommend you in a heartbeat to anyone who is looking for a BMW!
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

2020 Audi SQ5 review
This car with Air suspension is like driving a luxury large sedan in the comfort mode. But with more power and better handling with a smaller foot print for parking. Change the driving mode to sport and you have a sports car. Change to allroad or offroad and you you can go on some old country roads at slower speeds. Its like having 3 cars on one.

Cerritos INFINITI review
I recently went in to have my vehicle inspected, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Krysta, the service representative, truly went above and beyond to accommodate me. She was incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. It’s not often you come across someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service, but Krysta exceeded all expectations. She kept me informed, answered all my questions, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. I highly recommend this location, especially if you have the chance to work with Krysta—you won’t be disappointed -Doris

This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

Tania Ashraf, the Audi Brand Specialist of the Ontario dealership assisted my wife and I in the purchase of our Audi SQ5. She was extremely professional and never tried to pressure us to buy one of their SQ5’s when they did not have the color we wanted. Tania helped locate the car we wanted from another dealership and eventually delivered the car to our house.

If you are planning to contact the sales team of Walter's Audi and you need to pick a guy to work with choose Romen Artalejo. He will assist you in every way he can, he is sincere, polite, honest, very communicative and will work with you to make it happen. As an out of state buyer I recently bought an high end car from this dealership and Romen did a 5 star job and I am very pleased and highly recommend him as your salesmen at Walter's Audi

bought my Chrysler Voyager from Sterling Imports, i went to many dealerships but they judged me because i came in with a bicycle and only $500 cash, these guys took a chance on me and gave me and gave me an opportunity to turn my life around. I call them my Angels because they helped me so much.

Everything went smooth, the employees know what they're doing. It's been a great experience working with George, who is knowledgeable, kind, also a firm and a great negotiator. And they have a very nice boss, the business owner, Kifah, which rocks!
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

I couldn't be happier to not find the car I was looking for but the service from the staff at this dealership. They were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and professional. The buying process went so smooth.

Audi Fletcher JonesReviews
Audi Fletcher Jones review
The Audi Q3 S Line purchased from Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa was my wife’s favorite color, blue. After an introductory text from Austin, I was coordinating an OTD price for the specific stock number. Mo Masadeh (Sales) contacted me and within an afternoon came to an OTD price and scheduled appointment the next day. Mo was amiable to deal with during the whole of our negotiating via text (my preferred contact) and via phone. The sales process was low pressure and professional. In fact, everyone that I dealt with, Collin (Sales Manager) and Peter (Finance) were absolutely professional. I found the vehicle my wife wanted and traveled from the Inland Empire to make my purchase at Audi Fletcher Jones Costa Mesa, so that says something about both my tenacity and the overall professional and amiable experience with this dealership. Thanks to all of you for providing one of the best experiences in car-buying that my family has had in over forty years of car-buying.

The prices attracted me. The customer service and experience/ level of knowledge was not great. There was an inconsistency of dealership policy. It would be nice to get a car for the price you expect. I felt forced to purchase items I did not want

2014 Audi SQ5 review
The Audi SQ5 is a smooth fast car. It ran flawless for me for 4 years, bought used in 2016 and am just selling it now. The only thing it doesn't have alot of is console room for phone etc but that is very minor, love the big sunroof and the sport shift.

CarMax HendersonReviews
CarMax Henderson review
It wasn’t a perfect experience, but I still give 5 stars because I truly believe Carrie in corporate and the GM of the store are stand-up people who genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy and in the right vehicle. In the end, everything worked out as it should. Carrie was extremely professional, patient, and helpful throughout the process, and the GM was equally understanding and supportive. I stand by the fact that CarMax sells reliable, well-running vehicles. Two of my children have purchased cars from them, and I recently purchased a Ford F-150 myself. Each time, the vehicles have been excellent. I’ve been very satisfied with the service I’ve received—both when selling my vehicle (fair offer) and when buying one (fair price). I would feel completely confident recommending this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Excited to "learn" its updated features. Feels familiar to drive as I've had a 2011 Q5 for 10 years. Quantum Grey is a stunning beautiful color. This is probably my last "new" car and I'm adoring the experience.
