Very nice people who provide very nice service. I liked their coffee, and the wait time is low. They washed the car and changed the oil and filters, and now the car runs smoothly.

This is my wife car but after several years of ownership, I can say that the SQ5 prestige is a winner. Other than routine maintenance and brakes once, we have had no issues. Great vehicle super comfortable and reliable.

Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAMReviews
Napleton's Arlington Heights Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM review
I recently bought a black Wrangler 4xe from this dealership, and I couldn't be happier! The Jeep is fantastic and exceeded my expectations. The service was excellent, and they gave me a great price on my trade-in. It even came with a guarantee like a new car, with effectively zero mileage. I'm also very grateful to the manager who helped me – I don't recall his name, but he was from Poland. Highly recommend this place
2020 Audi SQ5 review
Great! Handy and nimble at the same time. Lots of features, bang and olafson sound system is really nice. Lots of power for the price, well executed interior, except there is very limited driver storage area, (for sunglasses, pens, parking meter change etc.) What little storage there is, allows things to roam all over the place ( especially during spirited driving😉). There is one tiny secret compartment, which I never would have known about had I not watched a review video on YouTube, on the dash to the left of the steeing column. But you can't see inside it unless you are a contortionist and it takes some dexterity to use it while moving, just have to feel around in there in the dark for a while and hope none of the other stuff you have in there falls on the floor, which happpens about 65% of the time. But aside from that and all the lane departure/ hazard gadgets going off all.the time. It's quite a capable machine, looks good too.

Wickstrom Auto Group review
I had a great experience buying my new F-150 from Wickstrom Ford! The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. The team was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the buying experience. They took the time to answer my questions and made the process of purchasing my new truck easy and enjoyable.
2023 Audi SQ5 review
I regretted trading in my 2023 SQ5, but got a good deal on the trade value. I wanted a larger car and in reality the size of this car is fine unless you have to carry around a lot of people or cargo. Eventually, I just got a Q8, which seems like a marvelous car, too. I am an Audi guy and I hate to hear other reviewers trash the car or at least the software. I sure hope I do not suffer those problems with the 2025 Q8 Prestige I got.

CarMax KenoshaReviews
CarMax Kenosha review
We test drove a vehicle here and had a really great experience. The salesman, Tim, was phenomenal - very friendly and informative; I would highly recommend anyone ask for him if they visit! We were able to fully inspect the car, including getting it up onto a lift. The entire process was easy, low-pressure, and customer-focused. We ended up purchasing a different car from a dealership where we had a horrible buying experience, which has definitely convinced me that the CarMax sales model is absolutely the way to go. I will definitely be coming to CarMax first for my next purchase. This is just the better way to buy a car.

Executive Motor CarzReviews
Executive Motor Carz review
I don’t usually write reviews, but this experience was truly exceptional. Working with Matt from Executive Motor Carz was an absolute pleasure. From the start, his and the team's professionalism, honesty, and transparency stood out - qualities that can be hard to find in the car-buying industry. I initially hesitated about purchasing a car sight unseen, but they made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Matt was incredibly patient with my many questions, always available to talk, and guided me through each step with complete transparency. His willingness to go the extra mile, including a detailed video walk-through where we tested every feature, gave me complete confidence in my purchase. Any minor thing that came up was addressed and resolved immediately. It was clear from the beginning that EMC is committed to quality and customer satisfaction. Even being out of state, I never once felt disconnected or uncertain about my decision. Now that I have the car, I couldn’t be happier! Without hesitation, I’d work with them again and recommend them to friends, family, and anyone looking for a reliable, honest dealership. If you’re considering purchasing a vehicle, *this is the place to do it.* Thanks again EMC team!

Napleton's Palatine Mazda review
I had a fantastic experience with Jakub Wiatr and his team! They were incredibly thorough and made the whole process smooth from start to finish. I called and spoke to a super friendly woman who scheduled my appointment for the very next day. I brought my Mazda CX-30 in that morning, and it was already finished by the time I got off work—super convenient. The customer service at Napleton Palatine Mazda is truly top-notch. Everyone was friendly, professional, and kept me informed throughout. It was a completely stress-free experience. It’s not always easy to find a team you can trust with your car, but these guys definitely deliver. Highly recommend!
2023 Audi SQ5 review
'22 SQ5. Great handling, even at its limits. Factory all season tires suck in the snow and ice. Super sensitive to road variations - not exactly like bump steer - more like a caster thing, although it's within spec. Same exact MMI issue as this review "Great car Mechanically, Software is Terrible November 17, 2023. Other complaint is the auto-braking feature. Very unsettling at speed. Ridiculous that you can't turn it off (resets every time you start the car). By JCS1015 from Edwards, CO"

Excited to "learn" its updated features. Feels familiar to drive as I've had a 2011 Q5 for 10 years. Quantum Grey is a stunning beautiful color. This is probably my last "new" car and I'm adoring the experience.

2020 Audi SQ5 review
This car with Air suspension is like driving a luxury large sedan in the comfort mode. But with more power and better handling with a smaller foot print for parking. Change the driving mode to sport and you have a sports car. Change to allroad or offroad and you you can go on some old country roads at slower speeds. Its like having 3 cars on one.

This was my fourth Audi vehicle. I purchased as an Audi low mileage Certified Pre-Owned and love it. A very fun and excellent performing vehicle. Has been very reliable - with no major issues. It now has more than 80K miles after owning for 4+ years and operates just like when I purchased it.

2018 Audi SQ5 review
Bought it brand new in 2018. Still got it in 2023 with over 80k miles on it. Super reliable all those years. That was the biggest surprised. We knew we'll get comfort and performance but never counted on reliability. What a great surprise.

2017 Audi SQ5 review
The SQ5 comes standard with around 350 hp and with only some minor modifications can get up to 450 hp. Combine that with Audis consistently having the most comfortable yet driver centric cockpits and this is the most balanced and pleasurable vehicle I’ve owned in over 20 years. For record, I’m comparing this against previously purchased Audi S4s and a V8 BMW M3. The SQ5 is a sedate mom car when you want it to be and a competitor to the Porsche Camen when you put it into sport mode. Fully fun and functional.

We had been searching causally for a few months for a plug in hybrid suv. We had toured a bunch of different brands and nothing felt right. We made an appt to see one at this dealership and we’re blown away. The team gave us our most in depth tour (over 2 hours ), helped us navigate finances and find the perfect vehicle. We loved working with Wesley and Jazmin. We’re based in the city, but found the dealership so easy to get to. As young professionals, this was our first big car purchase and know it won’t be out last with this team.

McGrath BMW of Elmhurst review
Let me start off by saying JOHN (in service) is the real deal. He is the only reason I would come back to BMW & Elmhurst. Every encounter I had at this dealership he made it feel like my car was fresh off the showroom floor. His professionalism & attitude was great even when mine may not have been. Once again when I buy my next BMW and it will be at Elmhurst BMW, it will be because of John and sorry salesman I’m dealing with John on that purchase even if he is in service!!!!!!!!

CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy)Reviews
CarMax Glencoe (Edens Expy) review
I was looking for a specific car that was at this CarMax. Problem was that I live in Minnesota, not Chicago and would have to traveling a great distance for a car I had not seen other than in pics, potentially risking wasting a great deal of time and money. I had to trust Jonathan, my salesman, to tell me the condition of the car where the pics could not. He was completely honest and the car was exactly what he said it was. Between Jonathan and Adam, the sales manager i was able to close the deal and drive back to home within an hour. I am completely pleased with the car and 100% satisfied with the dealership. I guess you can trust a car dealership. I did and they did not let me down. Thanks guys.
