Great car purchase!

I visited this dealership on a Sunday and looked at 3 cars. The first thing I noticed, and really appreciated, was the fact that no salesman was out at the parking lot ready to pounce on "prey." I walked into the showroom and a nice gentleman called a consultant over to assist me. My sales consultant was Kyle Rego. I felt comfortable talking to him, which says a lot, because I really hate car dealers. Period. Kyle did not pressure me at all. He asked intuitive questions, which, in turn, helped us with narrowing down the right vehicle for me. He provided Carfax information, without being asked, for each vehicle I drove---something that I greatly appreciated. During the test drives, he let me talk and ask questions. He listened. I have purchased two vehicles on my own prior to this experience. Sadly, both experiences were horrendous. I'm glad that my buying experience at this place has somewhat restored my faith in car dealers again. Not only was Kyle helpful and friendly, he was respectful, too. The F&I Manager, Ricardo Dordete, was also terrific. He answered all of my questions. Also, I truly appreciated that he was thorough in his explanation of every step in the financing of my vehicle. It was the smoothest car buying experience I have ever had, and I will definitely go back to them in the future.
