Went in today to check out a car I'd found on Cars.com, a 2012 Audi A8L. Great salesman (Ryan) who really educated me on all of its features. Took it for a rest drive; city and freeway driving. Great experience. Will definite be back as I get closer to buying my next car.

Working with Audi Dallas was great! We are from a neighboring state and had to travel to the dealer to pick up our car. They worked with us over the phone before we made the trip, and took great care of us while we were there. Overall, they were very hospitable, upfront, and informative. We felt very good about our purchase and the price we paid.

Went to have my 2020 Ram 1500 Lonestar Sport truck serviced (Oil Change). While there, I had them appraise the truck as well. I talked to the Fleet Manager Mr. Quinnie about Super Duty trucks, Chassis Cabs, and extended high-roof Cargo Vans (Promasters) I'd like to use for RVing. He is a very knowledgeable and pleasant person to talk to, and he arranged a test drive for me of one of the biggest Promaster SLT vans they have there. It is a nice cargo van with plenty of RV upgrade potential! Darn, I'm still not sure whether to go Heavy Duty truck or chassis cab or build my own tiny home on (van) wheels...

Best car I’ve driven…and I’ve had a few. I like performance and luxury. The A-7 fills the bill. To a sublime tee. When the time is right I’ll get another.

The level of care, kindness, and respect that Tyler Reynolds showed to my wife and I was unlike anything we have experienced at any dealership. So many high end, high quality vehicles in their showroom to fall in love with. My sales rep, Aleks, went above & beyond to get me into my new baby. He even recommended a lender that beat the market interest rate based on my credit score. The experience was a blast & I can't recommend them enough.

This car is fast. I am not a car racer, but people love to pull up to me to entice me. Supercharged, supercool and superfast! I love it!

We were very pleased with our experience. Don was very quick to return my initial communication. He explained the procedure for us meeting and had the car ready for our examination. All care was taken to insure the cleanliness and contamination free condition of the car. The procedure for purchasing the car was smooth and followed social distancing standards. We could not be any happier with how we were treated.

This car has been fantastic for any weather condition. It also looks stylish and is super fun to drive. I don't want to sell it, however, I never use it--so financially it does not make sense to keep it. I would recommend this car to anyone!

This almost was a horrific experience with what we went through to get the car which was advertised on the internet but it turned out to work out with the EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE we received from Manuel (Manny)! He explained the process, took us on a test drive and explained some of features and was very patient with us. Its when we went to the Finance department we almost left because they tried to insist that the luxury package of $2998 (adjusted to $1998) was added in addition to all the other standard fees. They eventually removed the fee but then there was no charger for the car and they wanted us to pay for it but Manny saved the day and took it upon himself to get a charger ordered and working on the car to be delivered (we paid $1.00 a mile (( over 190 miles)) to have it shipped. Now just waiting on the car to be delivered. Thank you Manuel for all of your help!

Jermal was a fantastic salesperson. Had all the car facts, provided plenty of reading materials to make an informed decision and never once felt the pressure to buy anything. I wanted a sporty sedan car that was fun to drive, but wasn't over the top flashy, or masculine, and had plenty of room in the trunk to tote my kid's sports stuff. This car is perfect for a spoiled lady like myself. It's luxurious, sporty, safe and practical. The safety features are amazing and are understated on every review I've read online. I was in a really bad car wreck earlier this year and my A7 saved my life - literally. I had a 2016 Audi A7 and I'm currently on the market shopping for a later model of the same car. I love it, I love everything about it. And after test driving alternate options, I'm buying another Audi A7.

Love all of the exterior lines, interior design, and all of the great features wrapped inside of the sexy Audi S5. The performance is top notch. I have owned and liked both Mercedes and BMW, however, I have fallen in love with my Audi. I would love to become an Interior Designer for Audi North America!
