This has been the BEST new car experience we have had in my life! The dealership isn’t fancy (they are in a temporary location while they are building) but our salesperson, Lauren was fantastic! She was brand new when we walked in and was still learning about Audi’s but was so personable and listened to what we wanted with absolutely no pressure. We bought an A5 that they had at another dealership but when we got home my husband had second thoughts about the color and called her the next day. She was wonderful about it and walked us through the order process to have one built. Lauren kept us posted on the progress and we picked it up TODAY! If you are looking for a car call Lauren MacDonald!! She will take very good care of you and you will have fun with the process.
My experience with online buying has been solidified; I will always use this as my #1 shopping method. My car buying experience was outstanding because of the incredible customer service of Todd Smith (Audi Swanee Mission Salesman) Todd was engaging from the moment he answered my sales call. He wanted to understand my requests and how he could facilitate my desire.
I was a very demanding customer and with 2 weeks of negotiating without a commitment it didn't deter Todd; he continued being just as committed to serving my needs. Unfortunately, when I was ready to make a decision to buy, Todd suffered an unexpected
emergency but during a critical moment in his life he gave thought to me by passing my case to his Sales Manager (Taz Good) who continued with the same, non-pressure and outstanding customer service. I agreed to buy the vehicle and Taz found me a better interest rate than my 20 year credit union.
Well, the buying experience was done but I needed the expensive Audi A8L that I purchased 'sight unseen' to be shipped. Todd and Taz made the connection that ensured my vehicle was shipped in a timely manner and it was.
The Audi Swanee Mission team is outstanding and if I am ever in Kansas that will be one of my first stops. This is an outstanding team.
I reached out to Audi Shawnee Mission via email and quickly recieved a reply from Todd. Todd was knowledge, prompt and polite and answered all of my questions and follow ups (sometimes even after hours) and set me up with an appointment to test drive a vehicle.
Unfortunately Todd had a medical emergency and couldn't make the appointment so he had a colleague, Chris, show me the vehicle. Everyone I met were friendly and accomodatint. As I'm hanging out in the lounge waiting for Chris to get the keys, I started chatting about cars with another gentleman. I thought he was another customer from his laid back and casual demeanor, turns out he was the finance manager. It was a pleasant surprise there was never any arrogance or pretense from any of the staff, or management and certainly not any pressure to purchase.
After the test drive I was considering two different vehciles, so I took the weekend to think about a purchase. Contacted Chris Monday, told him what I wanted and set an appointment that evening to finish the deal. I show up and my new car is parked out front, it's spotless with a full tank of gas! Chris greets me at the door, offers me a drink and had everything ready to go.
As I'm signing the paperwork all of the team kept popping into the office to congratulate me on the purchase or chat about cars. It really helped the tedium of signing all the documents.
There's plenty of less expensive vehicles out there if you're just looking to get from A to B. When you're in the market for an Audi (or comparable vehicle) you're also looking for a certain experience and level of customer service and from start to finish Audi Shawnee Mission didn't disappoint.
I just picked up a Corvette Z06 from Pete. By far the best buying experience ever. Pete made sure i was fully satisfied before buying the vehicle. He did amazing work getting me financed with super low rates. Pete is extremely knowledgeable in all these special high end vehicles. I definitely will be buying from him again in the future.
My husband and I had a great car buying experience with crest auto group and we recommend them! We recently bought a 2011 range rover from them that was in beautiful condition and priced fairly. Once we bought the car and got home we discovered an oil leak. We contacted Crest Auto right away and they weren’t aware of a leak so they referred us to have the car checked out at Bob Hindson Racing where the oil was last changed. They paid to have the car checked out which was a relief! They took care of the problem in a timely manner and their customer service was wonderful. Crest Auto paid to have the leak repaired. This gave us complete confidence in our car buying experience with Crest Auto. We worked with Chris who was great and communicated well to help us get the car fixed. He even gave our son a coloring book and Carfax stuffed animal while we were signing the papers for the car to help keep him busy. The car buying was quick and simple. Pete, the owner, was also very helpful with our experience regarding billing. What could have been a major headache of a situation ended up being a breeze with this group. We highly recommend them! I love my Range Rover and couldn’t be happier driving it!
I have never been at a dealership with such an amazing inventory! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and professional! Was by far the best buying experience I have ever had!! I love my Porsche!! Now to buy the wife a new car, crest will be getting my business again!!
I went to this dealer and the salesperson that approached me looked like just someone sitting around when I pulled up. They were friendly and showed me around but after test driving a couple of cars and giving them my info I never heard from them again. I ended up buying a vehicle elsewhere about three weeks later. Not a horrible experiencegetafterit463 but I didn’t feel like they wanted my business either.
I love my 4Runner! Mike was great to work with. He was very helpful and provided great service, even after the sale. I would recommend Adventure Motors to anyone.
