Bought mine in 2025 with rather low miles on it (offerred by dealership as a CPO with 18 months left). It feels luxurious inside and is pretty quiet. I'd say it was really beautiful but the way the infotainment screed is situated on the dash it sorta looks like it was just stuck there. Still, it works really well and supports CarPlay which works seemlessly. I didn't buy this car to watch movies lol. Back seats are comfy but there is a raised floor channel which seems odd; you definitely would't put a fifth adult in the middle. Still, the rear seat pass-through is cool and accomodates my skis. With read seats flipped down the total cargo space is acceptable but by no means best in class. I'm no speed demon so the 2.0 turbo is plenty for me considering the weight of the car. It handles well but it's not an Ultimate Driving Machine experience. . Mostly I'm impressed with ride quality and interior cabin sound level. The stock stereo is so-so and I tried the upgraded B&O system and it wasn't remarkable either. I am impressed with highway fuel economy near 35mpg. I did not purchase addtl maintenace and strongly recommend you change fluids waaay more often than mfr's specifications.

I bought my q5 brand new. So far so good, no issues and I've got 45000 kms on it. Unfortunately it had to go in for a few recalls but it's cleared and mine passes. I'm still iffy about those recalls, the piston rod worries me the most. Aside from my worries, very attractive vehicle. I got the beige interior and it looks more special that way. The performance is more than enough for an suv that size. I had to get new tires this year, so I was surprised at how fast this SUV chews away at tires. You do have to rotate the tires every year or they just wear out differently. I'm happy I got it in 2022 because the 2025 being $20 grand more is pushing it for the spec I have. So far its been nothing but oil changes. I don't have any issues yet and I don't expect any. Oh and this vehicle in the snow is superb!!! You'll never get stuck that's for sure. As for breaking, if you have good tires it's good.

Our experience on June 6, 2022 it was a great one. Robert the sales manager and our sales consultant Murad Qazi. Were absolutely fantastic. The customer service received rivaled and surpassed any that you would receive at any Big brand luxury Dealership. Our purchase was reasonable and at fair market value. All of the cars are in pristine condition, so the search for one vehicle could have you challenged in selecting just one. We purchased a 2020 Mercedes-Benz GLE 350 4 Matic that had just been received and had several inquiries already. The experience with Murad was wonderful, a true salesman who put us at ease with his cheerful and comical personality. To note every person we encountered here was a true professional and made us feel like a long time customer and a friend of the business. The black 2022 Audi Q5 is great looking and has amazing performance! My only complaint would be I've had a couple of small problems you wouldn't expect from a brand new car! I.e.- Rear hatch doesn't close all the way sometimes & pops up. It stays closed but not tight and the dash light comes on, tire pressure doesn't consistently stay the same?(No idea why but definitely unusual)

I had been looking for a certified 2024 ux250h for about 2-3 months. I have driven cars at at least 6 dealerships in 3 states. And despite being Lexus dealerships more than one were not upfront in their pricing and they all had an attitude of " this is the car as is, you don't like that chip or no mats or whatever else then don't buy it" and one even said it was certified then wanted $4k for certification. Not Ourisman Lexus. First off, the car was priced very fairly. No games from the start. Our salesperson PeiPei was helpful and responsive. The sales manager Willie was top notch. My wife traveled from New York alone to see the car in our then current Lexus IS250C as a possible trade in. They were wonderful. Transparent with the pricing. Gave us a number we were happy with on our trade in and addressed minor aesthetic issues with the car on the spot. They were ready for her arrival and had the complete transaction done including aggressive financing in about 3 hours. Willie knew my wife had come a long way to get there and had a long trip home and he made sure his staff expedited the whole process to get her on the road. After all the dealerships we had visited I never expected the whole process of buying this vehicle could go this well and that we would be treated so fairly and transparently. Didn't try to push a single upsell on my wife. Offered one or two things like extending the warranty, she said no, and they moved on. When we do need the next Lexus, I am absolutely calling Willie and his staff first. Just the best experience I have ever had at a car dealership.

I can’t tell you how much I love this car. Drives like a dream compared to my Cadillac Escalade. Handles well with plenty of acceleration. Nice clean designed exterior and well appointed interior. Only flaw are the drink holders and the lack of remote start since it is German.

As always it is a pleasure working with Candice. I had to return for some recommended work and she made sure to keep me informed every step of the way. Always a great experience at BMW of Sterling.

I had been watching cars.com and other web sites for a 2020 or 2021 Audi Q7 for months. This car popped up, met my basic qualifications and was only 50 miles from my house. Q5 is an excellent car comfortable, luxurious interior, beautiful exterior design, and, most importantly, reliability. I am amazed that at the third maintenance, Audi service did not rotate the tires; after three years, all tires are in balance and well aligned.

After a car accident I was not prepared to buy a new car and it was a stressful experience. However ,I highly recommend Chantilly Audi. It was the first place I went after a friend recommended that location. I wasn't sure About buying the car I saw so I checked out Arlington, Tyson's Corner, and Maryland's dealerships. Maryland was too much of a drive than a hassle to go back to. Tyson's corner was really nice But they didn't have what I was looking for. Arlington had another car I was interested in but I would. My gut feeling about Arlington was not good, the reviews about Arlington are not great and my experience ended up being awful. Not recommended At Chantilly Audi , I also highly recommend Kathy for sales, Who was extremely supportive and knowledgeable. 5 Stars for Kathy!!!! I am so excited about my car!

This is the quietest interior at 70 MPH that I have ever known. It is also very powerful and a joy to drive It handles like a sports car staying flat in turns at high speed and going exactly where you point it like it's glued to the road with no tire sequel . It's an amazing car and after owning more that 65 cars over the years this is by far the best.

I am buying a used car after 8 years, and this was great experience. No haggle is what I care. I was not forced to buy GAP insurance or anything else. The only complaint is, the lady taking down payment at the cashier was hesitant to tell me the details of the transactions before making a payment and showing attitude, but everyone else was great. I highly recommend this carmax.

A drivers car... power to weight ratio is great with a smooth power curve during acceleration. The sport seat option with ventilated seats are firm and comfortable and interior features are rich and functional; everything is where we want it to be which enhances the driving experience. The sales process at North Scottsdale Audi was the best ever experienced with professional sales rep, finance, service and even a technical rep who came to our home to answer our questions about the Q5... Wow! We've now broken in the vehicle with in town driving and a road trip and the more we drive the Q5 the more we like it.
