I worked with Jan from Carvana- she was able to explain to me the process, make sure I was comfortable with where it was at, was able to be reached and kept communication open. The pick up process went smoothly and I was able to sell my car without any glitches.

We got a good number for our trade and the car we bought.

I want to thank you for the excellent service that I was provided with yesterday. I usually dread going to any dealership to have my car serviced and prolong my visits as much as I can (this cannot be good for my car in the long run). However, the honesty and respect for my time that I received yesterday by John Berry has shifted my thinking, at least with regards to this BMW location. After coming off a negative experience trying to purchase a Lexus 350L, I went to Dallas BMW just to check out the X5 after seeing the huge discounts online. I specifically asked for a female salesperson because I wanted to be treated like a woman with a brain who could negotiate her own deal. Annalee Bowers did just that. From the moment I walked in the door, she treated me like a valued customer. Never once did I feel pressure to buy. I fell in love with my car and they gave me the exact best price I wanted (4k less than KBB lowest fair value.) I could not be happier! I HIGHLY recommend Dallas BMW and specifically Annalee and Alex Guzman (sales manager) if you want a no pressure, all questions answered, transparent experience.
Found a sweeeeetttt NIssan 370Z on Cars.com, submitted my RFI and they got back to me very quickly. Had a nice phone conversation (initially) about 10 days ago, sill had a couple of questions. Have emailed waiting for answers, then may buy. The second person I talked with said the price online is firm (I think there is room to negotiate - ESPECIALLY since the car is being sold "as is", which means I could be on the hook for hundreds or dollars, or more, of repairs). But, all in all, it looks like they have reasonably priced, if somewhat higher mileage, used cars.
Scheduled a service appointment at Classic BMW on Saturday during Cars for Coffee. Met with my service advisor Jeff Daggon and everything went great. Was able to see all the cars and pick up my vehicle when finished.
Leased my second BMW from BMW Classic and so glad I did! Carlos in the Service Department is by far the most helpful and professional agent in all of DFW. I've been to the other BMW Dealers in DFW and have not come across a dealership and service department with such high standards. Very happy!
I was looking nationally for one of a couple of pretty specific certified pre owned BMWs. I had a really good idea of what I was looking for with this being my 5th one. He was great by phone, email and text responding however I was wanting to communicate with him. After checking the car out he continued to professionally follow up and when I was finally ready, had the car ready when I got there. I couldn't have asked for anything more on the sales side of things.
A concern I have though is on finance rates and this is something I encountered from many BMW dealers around the country not just here. Even though BMW is nationally advertising a 1.9%/2.9% rate for 60 or 72 months (and I knew that I was approved at that rate) the finance people were unwilling to give me that rate and instead insisted on charging me 2.9 or 3.9% costing me an additional $1,000 or so if I don't choose to pay it off early. With each used car being unique I felt I didn't have a choice either take it or leave it. If it had been a new car that I could have purchased at any BMW store I probably would have walked and found the exact same car at another dealership. Otherwise everything went extremely smoothly and I'd consider purchasing again.
I bought a year old BMW. The price was better than I found at other dealerships. They were prepared to go as slow as I wanted and answer all my questions, but that's not what I wanted. I wanted fast! So after a quick test drive went in and signed the paperwork, while they washed it for me. They let me leave my old car there and drive my new car home. There was a headlight malfunction and they said it was completely covered under warranty. However, because it was a software issue, Carmax said I needed to take it to BMW, but that Carmax would cover any costs. They were true to their word!
