Bobby made our car buying experience a breeze. From the very first conversation to the time we closed the deal he was very transparent and willing to work with us. We live in CT and discussed our needs by phone and when we arrived, he had already lined up all the paperwork and things were just as we had discussed and agreed to. I brought my 3 Series in to have the air bag replaced and while it was there had the oil changed and the radio repaired (it did not turn off). From the minute I drove in the staff could not have been more helpful. Service Advisor Gina Todisco was a pleasure to work with. While I was waiting, she reported back to tell me how the service was progressing. The technician E. Ibanez, immediately identified the problem with the radio and knew how to repair it. The repair took quite some time since Mr Ibanez would not reinstall the radio until he was sure the epoxy was thoroughly dry. Gina apologized for the time it was taking and even offered to drive me home. Attentiveness such as this is more than I ever expected. I was provided with a list of things which will need to be looked at, but they did not try to convince me that everything needed to be repaired immediately. They know how to treat customers and how to develop long term relationships.
The staff at Park Ave BMW is outstanding. Andy made this purchase easy. Matt and Jack made the pick up of the vehicle an easy experience. Andy is one of the best sales people I have ever dealt with. No nonsense, you buy the vehicle you want, not what they want you to buy! I strongly recommend this dealership! A note to all, please purchase the GAP insurance, this is one of the most important decisions when signing the papers. Do not get caught short insurance wise, by not protecting yourself!

This is my second purchase at this location. Originally I purchased a pre-Owned vehicle in 2012 .I was very pleased with the purchase and the staff, as a matter of fact I felt it couldn't get any better.Boy was I wrong. Nick Di Bernard was awesome he went above and beyond my spectations. He was courteous professional and stood true to his word. I'm so happy with my 2014 Grand Turismo...Thanks Nick for creating a" miracle" and Jeff(aka Barry White) for making the finalization so smooth.
The sales ladies, Shirley Chen and Priscilla Tsun are excellent! They are very professional and explained everything very patiently! This is my best experience to buy a new car, and I will definitely refer them to my friends. I am glad that BMW have them as their employees!
Priscilla and Shirley are very friendly, we came in one Saturday and never got a hello welcome to bmw... we came across these two who came up to us and asked if we needed help. We were about to leave but thank god for these two ladies!! Had a great experience and became very good friends!

Both Manjula Biju and the GM, Mike Yates were extremely helpful in getting me the vehicle I was looking for. They worked hard to stay within my budget and the end result was great. Vehicle Specialist, John Palombo took ample time to go over all of the new vehicle functions. Overall, I would highly recommend Bridgewater BMW - the staff is great, it's a family environment and they treat you like a person, not just another number on their sales quota. This is the second vehicle I've leased from them and the quality of service has remained consistent.
Although the dealership is small i had a good experience. I had done my research by shopping at other dealers as well so I was well prepared while visiting this dealership. It was nice to see a woman at the dealership. I liked Manjula as she seemed credible by providing all the relevant details clearly and she wasn't pushy like other car salesman. I was able to negotiate a relatively good price.
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities)
Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!
I just bought a 2017 Countryman for a steal. A friend from Jersey sent me a link to their website. I couldn’t believe it. The Countryman I have been looking for was there and on a big sale. I flew in from Dayton, Ohio just for this MINI. I can’t say enough about these guys. They even picked me up from the airport. No need to Uber. Thanks again!! Sending Ohio Love.
My 24 year old daughter purchased her first new car from Mini of Edison. Once we finished the negotiations everything was a pleasure. Anthony Cabrera of sales is truly a gentleman. He may have been the most easy going car salesman I have ever dealt with. Subsequent to taking delivery, he has telephoned and emailed me multiple times to see if I had any questions or concerns. Jeffery Berger, the business manager was also easy to deal with. He spent a great deal of time explaining all of the alternatives I had regarding the purchase. He was very helpful with concern to dealer installed accessories and other optional features. All things considered, I wouldn't hesitate to highly recommend this dealership.
