Back in 2014, I was car shopping around the Passaic and Bergen County area. And a lot of non-luxury car brand dealerships were rude from the start and presented ridiculous deals. I drove along route 46 and made my last stop at Fette Infiniti. I was skeptical at first because it wasn't my day and it was a luxury car brand dealership. Boy, I was shocked, I walked in and the front receptionist greeted me with a happy welcome. Then I met Ray Ford, he presented and assisted me throughout the process with a humble approach. Ray knows his stuff on all the car models from top to bottom. Now when it came down to multiple offers, my jaw dropped, I told my wife to pinch me, because I thought I was in a dream. All the offers were GREAT. Ray Ford got me into my first 2014 Infiniti QX60 and drove off the lot that same night. Also, I have to point out I had my kids with me that day, and Ray, he's family friendly. He showed my kids the lounge area, and provided them with refreshments like soda juice cookies or water and changed the TV to cartoons, which is Awesome. From there on, my loyalty with FETTE INFINITI grew. That is in 2015 I came back to get my wife a car a 2015 Q50. Then, in 2017 I came back again and got a 2017 QX60. And now 2018, I came back got my wife another car the new QX50 2019. FETTE INFINITI makes you family and loyalty is superb, this is why I come back, they're the best. Ray Ford is a real genuine humble guy, that I highly recommend to all if you looking for a car right now. I had to share my story because it actually happened and bumped into a dealership that really treats you like a family that's what's important. I just purchased a CPO C400 from Vance Valente at Silver Star Motors. Despite traveling from out of town to NYC for a beautiful and rare sports sedan, his attention to detail made my deal as painless as possible. First, I received a Cars.com alert last Saturday morning, responded, and was called within 10 minutes from Vance's also excellent Internet sales colleague, Alex Puk. I was astonished to learn the car was the color combination I was looking for (black with gray leather), and had just over 12K miles. After a couple of calls and emails between Alex and me, we settled on a price, I made a deposit and received a signed buyers order no more than an hour after our initial contact. From that point, Vance took over, sending me pictures of the car as it arrived off lease and assuring me that it would be cleaned and detailed to perfection. Coming from the Metro DC area, I wasn't familiar with the process of getting from Amtrak to the NYC Subway, so Vance texted me detailed instructions on transiting from Penn Station to the R line (station conveniently located adjacent to the Silver Star showroom). As I was heading north on Amtrak, he emailed me photos of the now pristine detailed car, clearly excited at how nicely it turned out, and double-checked to make sure I knew how to make the Amtrak-Subway transfer. A couple of hours later when I arrived at the showroom, I learned that the photos hardly did my "new" C400 justice. It was perfect inside and out and indistinguishable from a brand new C-class (other than the telltale C400 logo that lets Mercedes-Benz aficionados know it's a 2015). Gary, the delivery consultant, was also a very bright, customer-focused young man, who showed me some of the hidden features of my car that allowed me to enjoy it as soon as I drove off the lot. The Silver Star showrooms (both new and pre-owned) were packed with high end Benzes (S Classes - including a Maybach, an AMG GT, and others), but despite my relatively modest purchase of a three-year old C Class, Vance, Alex, Gary, Frank Galante from Finance and the entire Silver Star team made me feel like I was their only customer. Thanks to Amtrak delays, I was unable to depart with my new car until 7 p.m. When I arrived home, I received an email from Vance hoping I had made the 275 mile drive safely, and another email from Alex indicating that he heard I had arrived and thanking me once again for my business. What more can I say: a great price on a perfect, low mileage C400 from sales and support people who treat the customer like royalty, know their product, and clearly enjoy their work. Coming from 275 miles away, I purchased from Silver Star purely by happenstance due to the Cars.com listing, but Mercedes lover that I am, if I lived in Metro NYC, I have no doubt that I'd be a repeat customer. Thanks once again for a great and rewarding purchase!

I was almost tricked and robbed by a few used car dealers in search of a 2015 C300 with the sport package. After feeling helpless due to endless amount of fraudulent situations experienced at those pop shop dealers I decided to go directly to the source. When I looked up the nearest Mercedes Benz dealer, I called the number and spoke to with Hakeem from Silver Star Motors, immediately I felt as though they were more legit and professional than all other sales reps I've previously spoke to at other dealers. . The best team ever I must say the work with seamless synergy. My sales Rep Genisis had no issue going through all my options, from mileage, colors,price,packages etc if something did not benefit me in any way we would move on to another option no pressure felt, followed by the best finance assistance I've ever Monica helped me decide the best options for me which met my budget limits she addressed all my concerns and my payments were worked out to fall below my budget limit and included 2 year warranty and service from mercedes. When it was all said and done I was happy to get my new car when I was then introduced to Gary a specialist who could teach you every detail about your cars features from operation to control settings even the history behind certain features. I did not only left there not feeling robbed but also with a greater understanding of the vehicle I've put a lot of research into. I was surprised even tho the entire process was not rushed like other dealers I've visited, i still managed to be in and out in a reasonable time. Customer service is very important, because of theirs I don't see myself purchasing another vehicle anywhere else.

The minute I walked up to the dealer Martin Marshall greeted me with a smile. He was very courteous and made me feel very comfortable. Martin made sure I got the deal done and I was able to walk out of there with the car I wanted. Kuddos to him.

Jeff is an exception to the car purching Salesperson, very patient, knowledgeable of his various models and goes beyond customer satisfaction in all aspects customer service. I've been a Mitsubishi owner for 8 different purchases and I must say after finding this dealership and my New Sales consultant I will be referring them to my family and friends as a No Gimmick No pressure Real type of car buying experience. As we all know, there are many new car dealerships in northern New Jersey - some pretty dishonest & desperate, some nerve-wracking, producing little but in-depth anxiety experiences. I suspected Bell Mitsubishi would be different because their dealer ratings were consistently very positive. But, you never know for sure until you enter the dealership itself. The experience at Bell proved outstanding: straightforward, pleasant, honest, professional, painless, and very positive, indeed! Everyone we met was helpful, friendly &, open - from the initial contact with the receptionist to our salesperson, Nick Calella, and to the Bell dealership manager, Neil Hutkin. We had made an appointment for a test drive of an Outlander with all the safety features we wanted and when we got there they had the very car(s) we had identified. They also had a batch of Mitsubishi dealer incentives around which we negotiated for a bit (they were extremely patient!) until we all were satisfied with the "deal" and agreed to go ahead with the purchase of the car. Not much sweat at all. Nick was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the Mitsubishi product and forthcoming in every way; Neil was very helpful and forthright in explaining to us what he could do for us to close the deal and what could not be done in terms of the financing and extras. All told, I would highly recommend this Mitsubishi dealership. They shoot straight; everything is on the proverbial "table" (no hidden costs or roadblocks); and honesty, clarity, and forthrightness dominate the purchase "negotiations." If I hear of any colleague or friend interested in purchasing a new Mitsubishi, I'll send her or him straight to Bell Mitsubishi! Thanks, again, for making our purchase experience pleasant, positive, open & painless. The car drives very nicely and we're learning about the whole new Outlander and all of its hi-tech features!

Neil Hutkin facilitated the lease of a 2018 Outlander PHEV. We initially tried to work with a dealer closer to us but they would not meet their advertised prices. Neil just says the deal on the paper is the deal. No surprises, no backdoor discussions to ask the manager, no secret handshakes. Neil was very straightforward in dealing with us. He was able to do a lot of paperwork prior to our appointment. Outlander was prepped and fully charged (yes!!!) when we arrived. He showed us the features. Ira L got us through the finance part quickly. And James H helped with our license plates (he went above and beyond). I kept having to remind myself that we were dealing with a Mitsubishi dealer because we felt like we were at a fancy European dealership. We've been spreading the word about Bell Mitsubishi since we're involved in many electric car, hybrid and green initiative groups. Very highly recommended!

Great cars at the dealership. Purchased a Mercedes C300 as I’ve been in the market for one for weeks. Noticed they had one at a great internet price of $19,700 I’m cargurus but at the dealership and their online website it was listed at $23,900. They honored the internet special and took a deposit of $200 to hold the car for me due to the fact that I had some problems finding a good co-signer due to the fact that I have no credit history and wanted to have the auto loan under my name to build credit. They worked with me every step off the way. Great company and I’m very satisfied with my car, and my payments! Check them out you will not be disappointed!

My husband told me about Carvana from a commercial ad he heard/saw. I laughed about it and said 'yah right, there's gotta be a hitch somewhere'. A few weeks later, he brought up Carvana again....curious, I decided to check it out online. The key words there was 'check it out'. I ended up buying a vehicle a couple hours later. Yeup, it was just like that. No hassle, no hidden costs or agendas. So after reviewing everything on the site, I started looking at minivans....I started falling in love with minivans....I started buying minivans....all through carvana. Once I locked in the one I wanted, I went through the credit process, documentation process, and pick up date (I chose pick up - because at this point, I still felt a little 'leary' about the whole deal'. It was so simple, and so honest, and so real. Over the course of the next 24 hours, all my submitted documents were approved and we just had two days to go to pick up the new mininvan. When we got to the store, it's not like a dealership with a lot, but it had three beautiful, well lit, very clean, showroom like bays that your vehicle is sitting in for your to do a complete inspection of it. It was very classy. Please note, our particular location does not have the car vending machine just yet. After passing our over check, I hopped in the car and drove it 65 miles home. She ran like a charm and I knew I had 7 days to decide if I wanted to keep her not. At day 3, although I loved her, she didn't have all the bells and whistles I truly wanted so that evening, I was back on the Carvana site, shopping for a replacement minivan....it's so easy to do when it gives you results based on your financial settings....I found the new 'her' a few hours later. I ordered her up and made the quick call explaining I was swapping and chose to have the vehicle delivered instead of going there to save time. The whole swap process took 2 days...they pulled up right to my house with my next new minivan. In my eyes, she was perfect, but I found a flaw before she was even off the truck. There was a huge bolt in the back tire. I was so disappointed. But Carvana took care of that so amazingly over the top.....they still brought her off the truck so I can check out the interior, test drive it, etc. We found a few more things that we felt should be fixed...minor things. Carvana took note of the items, and took the vehicle back on the truck but promised me (because I really wanted her that day) they would bring her back with a new tire....they kept their promise, three hours later she was back with a brand new tire, not one, but TWO brand new back tires. And they put an extra Carvana cup in the car for me. They swapped the minivans and off the old one went and there I sat with the new one. Smile ear to ear. I worked with Carvana on 6 items that we believed needed repair before committing to keep the vehicle. Carvana went above and beyond. I got an estimate for the repairs at a local shop, Carvana approved it, and within a few weeks, all repairs were completed through Carvana and I have the perfect vehicle, no hassle, no hidden agendas. And every person I dealt with on the phone or in person were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, FRIENDLY, HELPFUL, AND JUST THE BEST!! My Carvana experience was the absolute best. I will never go back to buying a car the old 'car dealership' way. And ironically, we had bought our other vehicle from a dealership just 3 months before being introduced to Carvana. I will give one warning about buying a vehicle through Carvana this way....it can be addicting..lol :-) Yes, I still shop Carvana cars every now and then....I don't even need a car, I just love seeing what Carvana has because it was sooo simple :-) Thank you Carvana for a trememdously wonderful experience.

Justin was both easy to work with and business like. Ordered a new 2018 230i and was bit nervous getting back into BMW after owning a Honda past 4+ years. But Justin made me feel comfortable right off the bat. He was a pleasure to deal with and exerted zero pressure that I had to purchase vehicle through him. We negotiated price satisfactory to both sides with no tension and he assured all available rebates were captured to help bring the price down.. Also, Justin supported a VG and fair trade-in price for my '14 Accord to help seal the deal. And one of the managers Anthony Catena stepped in on Justin's day off to help answer few questions when i called the day before my pick-up. Anthony also followed up later in day with another call to confirm all was set. Very nice gesture Also, the car was spotless when i picked it up, they truly prepped it great and vehicle was just delivered 1/2 day before I picked it up.. thanks Justin & team!!!

I can't find words . . . complimentary enough . . to describe the 4 men at BMW of Bridgewater NJ that assisted me in a sale today. Let???s be honest, no one like dealing with car sales reps, including Dr. Dave Cranky, who I do the car shopping for his family. I was given all the specifics about the deal, goggle all the dealerships in a 100 mile radius called all 5 that had the desired car, handed them the deal - all they had to do was call me back with numbers. Our local Eatontown BMW where helpful but the car sold, Freehold and Tenafly - I'm still waiting for a call back from the sales manager (after leaving 2 voicemail and its now 5 days later - sorry guys), the arrogance of the salesman in Springfield store eliminated them - ( I wouldn't buy a car for them if they gave it to me below cost) this leaves me with Bridgewater BMW. After calling and leaving a message for the sales manager, Mike Shamy, I received a call back in a half hour - I gave him all the specifics and he was confident and reassuring that his dealership could put this deal together. After looking at his inventory and running some number he called me back, I was PLEASANTLY SURPRISED by the deal he was able to offer me. I consulted with Dr. Cranky, called Mr. Shamy back and we agreed on the deal. The next FANTASTIC gentleman I met was Mr. Mike Watson. He called and introduced himself to me, informed me that he would be handling the detail of the sale, he was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to give me a $1000.00 loyalty credit. Nicely done Mr. Watson! When we arrived at the dealership we were greeted by a young man John Polombo who was very pleasant and cordial. Mr. Polombo was very well informed on the workings of the electric car and was AMAZING in teaching Dr. Cranky on how to use it. The last person we met was Mr. Ozzy Mamoor in finance, who was very PATIENT, understanding and answered my long list of questions without getting annoyed. I think it???s fair to say that I'm not easy to please, none the less to far exceed my expectations as they have - WELL DONE GENTLEMAN keep us the great work! L. Lamana

Was shopping for a car for my son who is graduating and going off to college this year. He had seen a Honda Civic he really liked and I had liked the price. I bought a Ford from AMG. It was good deal. Amg's financing/insurance people were reasonably easy to work with and the only hitch in the delivery was the literal hitch on the truck. The car arrived for 45 minutes later than they promised.
