Liked the outside design, I got the M package, red calipers etc... Not use to having a gear level, miss my analog gauges In previous 5 . Top of dash grill has a cheap feel, plastic.

BMW of RidgefieldReviews
BMW of Ridgefield review
I had an amazing experience purchasing my car from BMW of Ridgefield. I can't say enough good things about the team--especially Josh and Bob. Josh went completely above and beyond for me. He even took time out of his day off to make sure everything went smoothly, which truly shows his dedication and commitment to his customers. He was patient, helpful, and made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. Bob, was also awesome. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and runs his dealership with integrity. From start to finish, the experience was great, and I absolutely love my car. Everything from the car, to the dealership itself was very clean and put together and they were very efficient with timing, etc. I'm so grateful for all their help, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I would 100% recommend this dealership and would gladly purchase from them again. Thank you again, Josh and Bob!

Orange County BMW review
My BMW is certified pre-owned and it needed to be serviced. I brought it to the dealership and was treated with the upmost respect and the employees were so friendly. This BMW dealership worked with me and took into consideration my plans for the day. They reassured me that they would do their best to get my car back to me in a reasonable amount of time. Usually getting your car serviced can be a headache in itself and time consuming. At this BMW dealership that is not the case. They even offered to have one of their workers drive me to the Woodbury Commons Outlet. (Which is located not even a half mile away from the facilities) Overall a wonderful atmosphere to be in and I will not bring my car anyway else to be serviced. A+ grade in my book!

This team was fantastic! I had the pleasure of working with Lauren before driving from out of state to purchase a car from Charlie Johnston. He is the absolute best car salesman EVER! The experience was easy, thoughtful, and efficient. I also can't forget to mention the kindness of Denise Tores, who was terrific when help was needed. Thank you all so very much!!!
2021 BMW 530 review
Purchased a 2021 cert pre-owned from dealer w/ 26k miles. 530i xdrive, car handles like a true Beamer, so tight and feels great driving. A little disappointed the entire 5-series class isn't 6 cylinder however the 4 turbo feels like one anyways, only with improved gas mileage, so not really a compliant just a preference. The dealer recommended using premium fuel, and I use it maybe once a month to keep the engine running smooth and also 10k in between oil changes. Pretty nice! Would absolutely purchase again. Next major service at 80k as well.

2017 BMW 530 review
This car is simply beautiful, spacious, unique color. It is gorgeous inside out. You don't see too many BMWs this color so I think it is unique color. It has one of the smoothest ride, which I find a plus for long trips. Love it!

Wonderful Experience! The car we purchased from John Frione was $4,300 less expensive than anywhere. We were overwhelmed with all of the late model cars on their lot. You will definitely buy a car here, if you visit A+++

This dealership provided an outstanding experience. My salesguy guided me with expertise, and the finance person arranged financing that was better than I anticipated. I plan to return for future car purchases.

Blasius Pre-Owned AutoReviews
Blasius Pre-Owned Auto review
I bought a 2018 Nissan pro x a little over a year ago. I drove from ny to look at it it was clean except for front bumper was hit in corner and paint was scraped. They repaired the damage perfectly by the time I picked it up. I was impressed by their professionalism. The only thing that I thought was a little extravagant was the dealer fee. We negotiated a fair price and now it’s mine. I’ve had the vehicle for over a year and it is flawless. I felt I needed time to make a fair judgement of the vehicle before my review. I would not hesitate to buy another vehicle from thi dealership
