Although I have not purchased a vehicle from this establishment; (yet) I still want to highlight my experience. From the get go, I worked with Jennifer. She was amazing!!! I asked a lot of her with pictures and such, as I live in CT! She got back to me promptly and courteously. Always following up with me to assure I received them. Thanks Jennifer!!

Bob Tomes FordReviews
Bob Tomes Ford review
We had such a great experience with Joseph Johnson at Bob Tomes Ford. Joseph recently took over our account after the person we had previously been working with was no longer there. When we came in, we were told our balance was over $900 because of work that had been done but had not actually been approved by us. Joseph took the time to talk with management, go back through everything with my husband, and make sure we were only charged for the work my husband had actually authorized. What stood out most was Joseph repeatedly saying, “That’s what’s fair,” and, “If it were me, that’s what I would want done.” That really says everything about the kind of person he is. He could have simply told us what the balance was and moved on, but instead he advocated for us and made sure we were treated fairly. We are incredibly appreciative of his honesty, integrity, and willingness to do the right thing. Bob Tomes Ford is very fortunate to have Joseph, and we are so thankful he is the one taking care of our account now. Highly recommend asking for him!

Crest Volvo Cars review
've had Volvo's for the past 20 years and just purchase a 2025 CPO Volvo XC 60 from Crest and I couldn't be happier. My sales person Allison was amazing. She was respectful of my time, professionally worked with me on the deal, no dealer games, no crazy add on's, just a true professional. She even had the car ready for me on my arrival, closing was less than 30 minutes. Tech team member Madeline was also amazing as well. She helped me all my tech settings, and explained all the functions. Just a great experience, best of all, we love our xc60, its smooth, fun, and just a great ride. Crest Management Team please give Allison and Madolyn a big thank you for make this one of the best car buying experience I've ever had. They are truly the best brand ambassadors you could ever have.

I could not have asked for a better purchase experience. Kenny Weber Provided phenomenal service, including multiple videos, answers to my questions, and assistance with getting the best financing rate available. I would encourage anybody looking for a new car or used car to consider reaching out to this dealership as well as this particular salesman.

CarMax IndependenceReviews
CarMax Independence review
The Salesperson Made an Amazing Car Buying Experience We went to CarMax in Independence to look for a mid-sized SUV with relatively low mileage at a reasonable price, and we found what we were looking for. A 2022 Chevy Equinox with less than 19,000 miles, in great condition and at a price and payment terms that are acceptable and affordable. I have bought a few cars in the past and I always went to “traditional” dealerships to purchase them. This was my first experience with CarMax and I can honestly say that I was blown away by the relaxing and laid back, yes I said relaxing and laid back, car buying experience! No sales pressure, no haggling over price, just a straight up purchase with no hidden or confusing terms or agreements. Everything was laid out on the table. Plain and simple. The salesperson, Austin Hubbard, was a pleasure to work with. We were facing a very difficult personal situation that could have easily made the car buying experience extremely challenging and stressful. Austin was kind, patient and understanding throughout the entire process. From the moment he greeted us at the front door until the moment we drove away, Austin was there to provide help, guidance and even some words of encouragement. He more than once told us, “I have your back”, and his actions backed that up. Austin is a credit to the CarMax organization and they can be proud that such a fine person has chosen to be a part of their team. Thank you, Austin!

Auto Web Expo review
I had a 2018 all black challenger, and decided the color just wasn't for me. Nick Barbera gave me a smoking great deal on my trade in for a beautiful 2020 Challenger in indigo blue. It has a cinnamon red leather interior, and I am very happy with this car. Hats off to all the good people at Auto Web Expo in Plano Texas!!! I would recommend them to anyone looking to upgrade from the car they have, to the car of their dreams.

Sewell BMW of GrapevineReviews
Sewell BMW of Grapevine review
Sewell BMW of Grapevine performed like a well oiled machine. My salesman, Harrison Redden, was absolutely great!! He made the whole car buying process smooth and not dreaded. Harrison was only helpful the whole way through (NOT PUSHY NOR ANNOYING), only helpful in helping me settle on the features, colors, style, etc. and then finding that car for me. Also, Joe Long was so patient and good at explaining all the technology in my new BMW. Thank you guys!!!

CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving)Reviews
CarMax Texas Stadium (Irving) review
Bought a car here. After several years I traded it in and bought another. Values were fair on my trade-ins. Vehicles on the website are really the ones they have on the lot. No pressure, no negotiating, huge selection. Paperwork process like normal. I did have to refinance after I left there because the interest rates were steep and I got better deal from credit union. Overall recommend. Had a car accident, will return to Carmax.

Grubbs Volvo Cars GrapevineReviews
Grubbs Volvo Cars Grapevine review
We are so impressed on how we were treated and the amount of kindness that exists at Grubbs Volvo. We are usually BMW & Mercedes drivers and have been with a neighboring dealership for over 12 years. We didn't believe that we could ever make the switch, so glad we did. Its been. 6 months since our purchase and we are still in contact with our Sales Rep, we have also had a chance to visit with Service and we are still over the top impressed. Thank you Grubbs for making us part of your family. I have sent multiple messages to throughout my office about visiting your store for their next purchase. I want my staff to get the same experience we have had the privilege of receiving.

Very please with the car. I had a 2018 530d which I thought was very quite but this is just the next level. I look forward to longer journeys. The torque in the car is addictive and so smooth. I just wish I could sit in the back!

2021 BMW 740 review
I’ve owned this car for 2 years and payed it off and I want to say that this is the best car I have bought, The performance and the high build quality also very pleasing seats! This car is overall reliable with 32k miles on the dashboard with routine checks. Overall the experience of this car is almost unmatched with the other cars I own like my E53. Best car I owned!!!

My experience was great. The entire deal was done by email, phone and text. Lorenzo and Dale were fantastic. I am in another state and the guys made everything seamless. We made the deal, funded and Dale handled the paperwork including registration and had my new Tahoe delivered in three days.
