But what was the best customer service was Corey providing me a suggestion of leasing 2 new mazda 3 versus buying 2 used cars. The outcome was better than expected. I ended up with 2 new 2018 cars for less out of pocket money and a lower monthly payment that I currently had with one car. There was no pressure at all! I have never felt so comfortable in buying a new car than I did at this dealership. The entire process was awesome. Everyone was so friendly and kind. It truly felt like family. I explained that because of my schedule, I would not be able to pick up my car until Monday, was not a problem. Pick was very easy as well. Total time was about 15 minutes. Bill did a great job. I had an exceptional car-buying experience at Valencia BMW. For context, I have a dealership 5 min from my home, but we drove an hour to Valencia and would do it again 10x over! Let's be honest, most of us hate car shopping. It's a necessary event in our lives a few times over and one I, and my husband, typically dread. THIS car purchase could NOT have been smoother, more professionally handled or more of a genuinely pleasant surprise. Truly. I felt like Danny (Sales Manager), Amir (Salesperson), and Zaeed (Finance) were all in our corner from the minute I called and until we pulled away in our brand new BMW. They wanted us to have the car as much as we wanted it! And they were happy to make it happen and be a part of it. Some dealerships have a "move metal" mentality... well, at Valencia BMW, we felt like their goal wasn't just to sell us a car, it was to become our family dealership. And now all I need to do is talk my hubby into needing a BMW for himself so we can do it all again! Thank you gentlemen, it was a pleasure to do business with you all and we hope to do it again in the future! Cheers! PS..at 54yo, I had never had a "Red Bow" moment and thanks to Amir, I got one! 2024 BMW i5 review
This car is simply amazing. It's my second electric car and my first BMW. The i5 gives me what I never knew I was missing from my previous car (Tesla Model 3). First, the comfort and silence of the i5's cabin is significantly better than anything I've driven before. It takes the bumps so comfortably and I love how my trips on the interstate are surprisingly quiet inside. The styling is gorgeous, too. Classic BMW sedan look, brought a few years into the future. Great balance between aggressive and refined. Inside, I love the giant display. Everything's there in sight, without having to switch back and forth between screens. Plus, I have just the right amount of physical controls so I don't have to use the touch screen all the time. Finally, the performance is incredible. I've got several modes to choose from, to fit my driving for the trip. Sport is obviously my favorite, especially with the sounds that are included! This was definitely the most expensive vehicle I've bought, but overall, I have no regrets... fit, finish, and feature-set are all top notch.
