Only 2000 miles of which 500 is highway. First positive impressions are: extraordinary quiet, impressive acceleration, above average ride and comfort. Great front and side vision. Very comfortable seats. Lots of interior room. Negatives are: incredibly complex systems to do simple things, exterior styling is an "acquired taste", rear vision is marginal. Odd door handles inside and outside. It is still too early to make a definitive assessment of this vehicle. Other than an intermittent annoying creak in the passenger window area that is hard to replicate at the dealership, the build quality seems very good. This is not a big Lexus or Mercedes sedan, but rather a very good SAV. Range is 300+ with the 21" wheels. Charging is easy and relatively fast with a good DC charger. True 11KwH on 48 amp home charger. Driver assistance package works well. Steering is a little light but no issues with the shape of the wheel. There will be some adjustment to this type of vehicle, but it has been easier than I anticipated. Registering it as an EV, leased out of state, was a frustrating experience and the extra fees for EV licensing are ridiculous.

I have purchased several cars in my lifetime. My experience with BMW of Salem was fantastic. I was initially contacted via email by Ryan when I inquired about a used vehicle for sale. The follow up was appreciated and setting an appointment to test drive the vehicle. When we arrived to the dealership the car was parked out front and ready for us....no usual waiting for this or that. Ames took us out on the first test drive and was very pleasant. I worked with Ryan, Ames, TJ and Keith and they were exceptionally great communicators, kind, and professional. Which we appreciate. After our initial test drive with Ames we made a verbal offer then wanted to take a 2nd test drive. They made sure we had everything we needed to make our purchasing decision. They walked us through everything and even checked on us several times as we waited for Keith to free up to complete our purchase paperwork. Keith went above and beyond agreeing to go on the 2nd test drive with us since he was the most familiar with our used car Ford F150 purchase. After our purchase was completed Keith helped us pair our phones and went over the features of the truck we purchased even though this was not within the scope of his job description. He truly went above and beyond for us. TJ made sure our numbers were correct, explaining the difficulties and limitations of our purchase since we were WA residents and they could not register the car for us. Ryan made sure we were gassed up, cleaned up, keys ready as soon as our paperwork was completed. Their pricing was fair and they worked within our budget and constraints being from Washington. They set the bar for dealership etiquette, customer service and great overall service. Keep up the good work fellas!

BMW of Tulsa advised me of the need to replace the timing chain on my 2014 X5d. It was a major repair and cost. But I loved the X5d and really did want to replace it. BMW of Tulsa Technician did an outstanding job making sure the job was done right. It was and I can expect to easily put on another 175,000 miles and hope the X5d can last another 10years. We took delivery in July, 2022 for a new iX xDrive 50, and owned it for 2 1/2 years. One of the best cars we'd ever had. BMW sent custom cushions that go through the openings in the front seats for this model year, such that shorter occupants wouldn't hit their heads on trim there. The front is polarizing, but in dark colors grows on you. The car is dead quiet, fast, great ride and GREAT range- we got over 300 miles on road trips easily. The B&W audio system is one of the best available in any car.
