Very happy with my service. I waited at the dealership and was out within an hour. Alex was great and kept me updated with status of the repair.
2018 BMW M4 review
Handling on a curvy road, acceleration on a straight stretch and the sounds of spooling turbos is a real adrenaline rush. This car was so much fun to drive I hate to see it go. Carbon fiber refinements inside and out make this vehicle a real head turner. Looks, handling and brute power, what more can a car enthusiast ask for?

Mitch Smith ChevroletReviews
Mitch Smith Chevrolet review
I went to Mitch Smith Chevrolet for a new vehicle because that is where my daddy found a hood used vehicle for me. Samuel Tucker is the salesman who helped me throughout the process. And he was awesome. See I had never purchased a vehicle without my daddy in my 50 years. He passed away in 2022 and I was scared to do this alone. But I wasn’t alone. Samuel was right there with me holding my hand. The vehicle I found online was actually in transit and not on the lot the day I went to buy. So 6 or so weeks later it came in. I went to test drive it and almost had a heart attack. Samuel ended up driving me as I was so nervous doing this without my precious daddy by my side. He walked me through the process once I said yes and ta da! It was done. Worst part is having to pay for it. But that is with everything you buy. I found a new friend that hot day in 2022 who has turned into a life long friend. I send everyone to him if they are looking for a vehicle. I tell him all the time that 2022 Silver sage metallic Traverse is the prettiest vehicle he’s ever sold. (But the 2023 Tahoe in that color is really nice too.). Samuel is a God fearing man and will do you right.

Just ask for Reza🏁 Exceptional service. He reached out to me from an online inquiry at about noon. I was able to come in, test drive (2 cars), purchase my car and be home by 5pm. He gave me some time to sit in the car and deliberate for a hour so on my own. He gave me the keys to both cars to test drive and test out. I told him what I wanted, what I was interested in paying for it - and boom 💥 purchase complete and I am satisfied customer. Reza is a true sales man. He contacted me the day after to check on me and give me a small token that I mentioned prior to leaving the dealership. I highly recommend Reza. 100% will be my sole contact moving forward.
2021 BMW M4 review
So far, which admittedly is only a month and 800 miles, but so far, loving it. Traded in a Cadillac V Series (The true "V" series and prior to the Blackwing V Series) and I find the M4 Competition to offer a slightly more comfortable ride in the softest setting versus the Cadillac and roughly the same handling capabilities in the "sport" settings. Still getting used to BMW's steering though. Just something different with it and maybe once I get used to I'll trust the M4 even more than the Caddy?

My car salesman Rolle, was outstanding: personable, reliable, followed through with everything he promised to do...my buying was seamless. This is my second car from Sterling McCall and future cars will be bought at this location. Friend already bought new SUV here.
2018 BMW M4 review
I got my M4 in 2017 I own it for 30 months. White/Red 6 speed manual. Love it so much.....I have nothing negative to say about the car it’s a dream come true the only nightmare is keeping it clean. On the street it’s more than enough to get through the traffic and lead the pack it’s a lion. I wouldn’t get this car on Auto but that’s just me. In 2017 adaptive suspension was standard but I still drive on sport setting. Steering also on sport I just love a tight heavy streering yes it’s artificial but I like it and I use that option daily. If you’re thinking of getting M4 go for it.

I had a great experience with everyone I worked with—they have an awesome team! Steve was fantastic throughout the entire process. He fit me in for a test drive right as they were closing and followed up when the right Outback arrived. Chris helped wrap up the purchase quickly and efficiently, making the process seamless. Joseph, the Encore Delivery Specialist, was great as well and made sure I was up to speed on all the features of my Outback and everything the Subaru community has to offer. Great experience from start to finish!

Phenomenal customer service by entire staff at SS. Ben, in particular, was professional, yet so easy to work with. We absolutely lover our new Tahoe.
2018 BMW M4 review
These cars strike an unbeatable balance with regard to, performance, reliability, price, a manual gearbox, looks and practicality. I love my competition model, it's astonishingly fast, has handling near the limit that's exciting but predictable. MPG is way better than the old V8 and the competition cars sound great, combine this with the slick manual gearbox and you have a fabulous drivers car.

Rivard Buick GMC review
I worked with Jake Thompson and if there was any heavy lifting to do during the sales process, he did it. It was no doubt the easiest purchase of a car that I have ever made. Thanks Jake!

2022 BMW M4 review
All wheel drive, over 500hp, and rear seats with actual legroom available in a coupe that handles well? There's only one car on the market that checks all of those boxes, the BMW M4.
